Is this a SCAM on eBay?

I came across this and wondered if any one thought it might be scam.

Wow. Just Wow! I like how they say you can sell these to stores for $200.00. Because stores regularly buy from Joe Shmo off the street and not distributers. I hope no one gets taken by this.
I'm not sure if it is "illegel" though. Anyone figure out what we can report it to Ebay under?

Yeah, exactly, I have never heard of a store buying PlayStations from someone off the street.

Also, the part that really bugs me is when the seller says "Now I know what you're thinking. I will never get my PS2s...bla bla bla. But our auctions are Ebay protected 100%."

Now, I sell on eBay myself and I know that NOTHING is 100 percent protected by eBay. That was what made the red flag go up in my mind.

Well, that seller certainly aims high. That auction has ended with no bidders, but he/she has another one with the starting bid a $16,500 for Magic the Gathering cards. Plus they want shipping and handling. At least they didn't suggest selling them to Wal Mart.:rolleyes:

They are down to $1,500 now. Is it me or does it seem like this person is out of touch with reality?

What exactly are these cards anyway? I especially like this quote from the auction.

"There are over 3,225 cards all in MINT condition. Maybe some are old some are new. But I am not sure."

This seller is full of bull (fill-in-the-blank) because he/she states that he knows nothing about M:TG cards yet he/she purchases Magic Tix Tickets and Purchases Magic cards (rare ones that could be expensive). Just check out his/her feedback and click on his/her last few auctions that it lists there (where he/she is a buyer). I wouldn't trust this seller at all.
