Well as most of you can see we can no longer afford to sell e-books with the scam suers out there.

It was a great idea and the model works but for sure the flaw in it is publicity, rather the negative lies that can be spread over the internet. How do you deal with it. You can't...... Thanks for the lawsuits

So what happens to the money that they stole?

I can only imagine this helps the current lawsuit, as they stole money from me as i've cycled and received nothing. MatrixWatch has my full support in the lawsuit! I have my emails, receipts, etc handy from this site. I think it's time to send a follow up to the attorney general of MS. :D

He takes off to wherever it was he ran off to outside of the USA when he "incorporated" . Well, he just proved watchdog 100% correct in his summation that matrix owners are rip offs...and right after Christmas just like the front page of the site says!

This is the biggest news I have heard in weeks! EzExpo closes down and admits defeat?? Those of you who have been here at Matrix Watch for several months now understand what a huge battle it has been, and I deeply appreciate your support and encouragement. And yes, I strongly encourage you to immediately follow up with the Mississippi State Attorney General.

When everything began back in May, 2003 it was difficult. Most of the forums out there were administrated by matrix owners, most of whom were friendly towards EzExpo. It was so challenging to spread unmoderated awareness about the lawsuit that I had to launch my own site to tell my side of the story.

What has happened since then? Well, hundreds of people have joined our cause, several media organizations picked up on it, and our message began to resonate throughout the matrix community and the internet. Before long the customers of other matrix sites decided to file their own lawsuits and matrixwatch.org became the beacon of resistance to the greedy matrix scammers. We have worked together to empower the customers of these sites and enable them to take action against these unchecked matrix owners. Our mission continues to be successful, and there are many more exiting details to come in the next month.

I encourage many of you out there to fight for justice and truth, no matter how small a circumstance it may appear to be on behalf of. If we all work together we can create a better future for thousands of people. Let us keep the fire burning and pass it along to others.

I look forward to sharing more details with you in the coming month.

This is going to be my last message on this board, I don’t know if Admin is going to address anymore questions or not, but since EZ is closed, I will be putting my energy into other ventures.

Anyway, for those of you who haven’t figured it out EZ is closed. Due to the events following the lawsuit, funds that were not released, constant negativity, severe decrease in sign ups, etc. the money is just not there to keep it open and the support is not there to make it work. Oh well.

There is no money, so those of you asking for refunds… don’t bother. Also, you bought an e-book or subscription and if you don’t remember as part of completing your transaction you had to sign an agreement to that, and legally you received what you paid for, so what is there to refund for?

My suggestions: get your money back thru your credit card protection plan, follow the lawsuit if Timmy wins contact his attorney for your money. Some people have told me they do not want to join the suit and you do not need to in order to receive payment, but you do need to contact them if they do win to get money. Its not going to be all that you paid, the lawyer and Timmy will be taking a fair chunk of it I’m sure, if not contact Damion for whatever may be remaining in the Paysystems funds. Or just cut your losses.

If anyone wishes to continue to e-mail me they can, however please remember that I am not affiliated with EZ, I'm not an employee or any other part of the company so I cannot get you a refund or anything like that. I wish everyone the best!!!!

It was fun while it lasted ....

Does anyone else notice the similarities in CantinaRec's and Shelby's writing style? I have my suspicions. CantinaRec is the only person supporting Shelby, if that says much if anything at all. I learned not to trust anyone on the net, the average person or scam artist with a computer can operate a website scam just like ezexpo. I learned my lesson, and I hope you all did as well.

Wasn't it discovered in the MSN forum that CantinaRec was/is Shelby?? I think I remember a thread in the old MSN forum discussing that.
I can't believe the gall they have to tell the customers that they aren't getting anything in the way of a refund. Most the customers didn't even get the ebooks from them.
This is a great step for the cause, the biggest site taken down by the Dogs!! WOOOF WOOOF!!
Funny how they blame WD and everything else except themselves or the business model for the closing. I hate to see so many people losing thier money, hopefully they can get the funds back.

Well, you "watchdogs" have made quite an impact. A few months back when you filed several reports with the Attorney Generals of Tennessee TYMglobal and StormPay were handed a ceast and desist order, leading the closure of TYMglobal.com (HUGE matrix site). This is also not to mention a few other TN-based sites that you took down as well. Several matrix sites have closed up shop before with "anti-MW" messages posted on their home pages, but this one trumps them all. If the members of MatrixWatch.org can take down TYMglobal and EzExpo (the biggest matrix sites in the world) then what can stop you now??

So what is next?

We are continuing to pursure restitution for the customers of the matrix sites. We want the customers to get back what they deserve, their money! If we are successful in this venture then we we will let you know what you will need to do.

We are currently working on an alliance with several "web cop" corporations. They are taking a big interest in what we have accomplished and they want to take further actions against the matrix owners.

If you are a matrix-site owner, and you are reading this, then I strongly suggest that you shut down your site immediately and work out compensation for your customers. The fall of EzExpo is just the beginning. We anticipate a huge start of this new year and you really don't want to be a part of the next news release here at Matrix Watch.

The customers of matrix sites deserve much more than being lied to and offered false promises. Several matrix owners have done the right thing and refunded the money to their customers. Won't you join them?
