I wrote this up a long time ago with the MSN group EZEXPO, but never mentioned it here...sorry!

www.ljsendoftherainbow.com

The guy just plain up and left! The contact information thru the domain registry is a FAKE. The woman I called kept yelling at me and didn't know what I was talking about. The only kind of contact is through one single picture showing a check by a "Jeffrey Monson" from Lemoore, CA that someone who cycled posted on the MSN group pictures section. Anybody know what the heck happened to this site? Funny thing is that EZEXPO promoted this site and were the first to cycle on everything...kinda tricky...

I attempted to call paysystems on this to get a refund, but they were all "you purchased e-books" kind of excuse. Will the lawsuit help me get my money back from this site?

Also, I invested money with ezexpo (stupid me, ugh!) and also used an e-check or whatever during that time. Will the lawsuit help me get the money i invested using the check or no?

Please anyone! Help me out here, I'm so confused in this whole matter! Will we be getting only the money we invested or the money also "won"?

Make sure you keep the records so you can provide proof that you purchased into the matrix. If not you are likely not to receive a dime. On the other hand, you are most likely to receive pennies on every dollar you invested.

MAKE SURE YOU KEEP ALL OF YOUR RECORDS! IF YOU CANNOT CONTACT THE MATRIX COMPANIES YOU'VE INVESTED IN, YOU WILL HAVE A VERY DIFFICULT TIME OBTAINING PROOF OF PURCHASE THROUGH THEM!

Just an FYI for the dedicated members here. It was later determined that "Sheba Sekya" was actually "Shelby Ware" the 2nd owner of EzExpo. Here he is giving advice to a person looking for help back in January. However, with the "...pennies on every dollar..." reference he undermines the lawsuit, and with his suggestion on contacting the matrix companies first he is actually sending this person down a dead end.

It just goes to show that matrix scammers will try to do whatever they can to discourage the customers' fight for justice.

Customers should be encouraged to do all that they can to unite and act as a community against the matrix owners who scammed them. Never should the customers be discouraged into thinking that there is no hope in sight, or that walking away from the situation is the best solution.
