CAN YOU TAKE ACTION AGAINST SOMEONE ON EBAY THAT SOLD YOU AN EMAIL ADDRESS AND SAID YOU CAN GET, LETS SAY A JLW7 FOR 75 DOLLARS AND IT ENDED UP BEING A MATRIX SITE????

I'm not exactly sure how that works, but I think you can follow the normal procedures of filing a report, just remember to include the auction number that you won, and in the message tell them that you didn't realize that it was a link to a matrix till after you won the auction. I also don't know how much money you spent on that link, or if it is even an issue, but you can probably submit a report to paypal. I don't have any experience with the exact procedures, but I do know that they exist because I had a customer once try to get a refund 1 day after the auction ended because I didn't respond to his email. It was a holiday in which I didn't turn on my computer. We eventually resolved the issue, and I sent him his item, but the guy was impatient, and said that I didn't give him what he bought in time. There were procedures that he went through in order to try to get a refund.
You may also want to find the forum on ebay. I'm sure you can find more information about filing a report after the auction is over.
