Here are the survival tactics of Gotmatrix even if it is on its way to the court soon.

Greg's survival strategies:
1) Pay his cycled customers to distinguish himself from most of the copy-cat matrices that close down and run away. That's the only way that Greg can feel good about himself when he compares his site with most "rotten and poison apples". His apple is poison but not yet rotten.

2) Lie in his FAQ. Let just focus on two fundamental lies.
a. Matrix is not a pyramid scheme
b. The waiting period is 3-7 months

3) Throw the responsibility back to the customers -- Ask promoters such as Sigx97 to ask customers to HELP themselves by HELPING the site. Please keep in mind that "Self-promotion" is the true color of ANY pyramid scheme.

4) Urge customers to put out illegal and misleading advertisements on eBay, Yahoo and other online auction and non-auction sites.

5) Urge customers to distribute flyers to attract non-internet customers through misleading phrases and other traditional way of false advertisement. These non-internet newbies are less likely to do an investigation before they make a purchase. I strongly suggest that Greg set up an 800 number 'cause he will scam the money faster this way...:)

6) Urge customers to vote on ranking site to push up gotmatrix ranking. He knows that rankings will work and he is right. Ranking sites do help Greg get a lot of misinformed newbies.

7) Creating 5 top-selling lists, to create the false impression that these lists move fast and cycle fast.

8) Creating electronic icons and 70-80% discount icon next to the buy now icon to mislead customer to believe that they are actually buying the electronics.

9) Make the ranking list not accessible to newbies until they pay. See, after they pay and realize that there are 300 people or 3000 (in the case of $25 list) in front of them, they cannot get refund anymore)

10) Expand in international sales. International newbies are least aware of all the scam, and they will most likely to buy into Greg's lies. I believe that Greg's new signups consist of plenty of international newbies.

Please feel free to add to this partial lists of why and how Gotmatrix can survive until today. Unfortunately, gotmatrix will crash like all the other pyramid scheme. It is a matter of time. And the next question will be, what is the exit plan for Greg...:)

11) Co-own matrixagency.com (a matrix-site review website) in order to ENDORSE his own website.

Matrix is not a pyramid scheme

Not exactly a lie, because he is "selling ebooks." To me, it's same as pyramid scheme. But I would think that's his defense, "ebooks sales."

I think it's completely misleading for matrix sites to advertise as "cheap products." They should advertise as "free products" when you buy "ebooks." That would make more sense and not misleading anything though still is hiding the fact that it could take months if not years to cycle.

See, if you have a chance to read the report on "Why is Matrix a Pyramid Scheme?" you will find that it does not matter what he really sells, as long as his main income is comming EXCLUSIVELY from members only, he is running a pyramid scheme. A 70% test require that any MLM scheme sells 70% of his 'product' (ebook or whatever) to non-members. Matrix only generate less than 3% of its income from non-member (e.g. autocycle fund) which is way below 70% required by the 70% test.

Therefore, selling $0 value ebooks only make it a WORST kind of pyramid scheme. If he sells watches, batteries or movie tickets, then he is running a BETTER kind of pyramid scheme. Either way, they are all pyramid scheme.

In short, disregard of what matrix are selling (ebook or not), its cash flow pattern determine that they are all 100% pyramid scheme! That is why ALL matrix owners lie when they said they are not pyramid scheme. Greg is just ONE of the liar, that's all.
