The victims of EzExpo can now improve their chances of getting their money back from either Shelby or the payment processors without having to become personally involved as a plaintiff in the case. Please provide the following information to Jeffrey Wilens, Esq. at the following email address: wilens@cox.net

2. Address
3. Date of purchase
4. Amount of purchase
5. Which payment processor was used (Ginix, Pay Systems, etc.)
6. Have you won the prize?
Providing this information does NOT mean you are hiring Mr. Wilens to represent you as his client, nor does it make you a member of this class. You are simply providing information that will be presented to the judge. If the court later certifies a class, you will be notified at that time and have the option to exclude yourself if you do not want to be a class member.
