This is the second of a new running series that I will start posting to give people a better view of the time required to cycle in a site.

Liberal Estimate (best point of view for matrix site)
The average time to cycle a current list at this site: 210 Days. Average cycle time for a list (one person): 31 days.
Conservative Estimate (closer to what appears to be happening)
The average time to cycle a current list: 625 days (1.8 years)
Average cycle time for a list: 101 days.
Currently this site has not cycled a single person, and for these numbers to hold this site must cycle a minimum of 9 people over the next 3 months by the conservative estimate, and 27 people over the next 3 months by the liberal estimate.
Additional notes:
This site appears to have stalled, and is currently looking for new ways to increase buys, estimate a possible crash within the next 3 months if none of the current lists cycle.
