Theimatrix.com has a $25 list that can compete with gotmatrix for its length.
theimatrix.com $25 has 764 helpers.

Gotmatrix, $25 list has 4039 helpers! Still the champion of the scam!

Did you know any waiting lists that is as long as these two sites? Let us know...:)

I like to bring back this old thread for two reasons.
First, theimatrix pyramid-matrix scam has been stagnant and in big trouble for at least 9 months until the owner "Ashu Chaturvedi" decided to kill its forum and quiet the complaints on September 15, 2004.
It is probably a good time for the victims of Ashu Chaturvedi's matrix scam to take actions against the scammer before he closes his site and run away. It is easier for the Ohio police fraud investigator to gather evidences while the scam site is still available. Someone need to download the whole scam site into their harddrive, in case it dissappears tomorrow .
Second, Ashu Chaturvedi seems to be a "close" friend of Greg Day-- owner of the gotmatrix. In fact, I have evidence that Ashu Chaturvedi was a client of gotmatrix who cycled on quite a few spots. He was number one on the 17" LCD list and probably the only person who cycled and get paid according to the July 2004 ranking data. If I remember correctly, Greg also helped Ashu Chaturvedi to set up his theimatrix matrix site.
In addition, I think there were customers who invest in both scams. Therefore, I think Ashu Chaturvedi should be a valuable informant or witness in any future investigation on gotmatrix. Of course, there should be a parallel investigation taking place at the same time on the OHIO-based theimatrix scam.
just my 1 1/2 cents.

This guy Ashu Chaturvedi will scam you any chance he gets. I know him personally, and this is not a joke. He took the money that he got from theimatrix proceedings and went to Mexico for a vacation. I got my money refunded from him by threatening with lawyers. He is also using a university's resources for his personal gain, which I think they would frown upon. I wonder how his employer would look upon this? I would email him immediately to get back your money, or you're going to be out in the cold.

Welcome to the matrixwatch, rxn2679!
Thanks for sharing insider information and how you get your refund. It is the main purpose of this forum for victim to exchange information and help each others get their money.
If some information is too sensitive to go public, then victims can use our Private Message (PM) system to contact each others.
I think Ashu Chaturvedi is violating the university rule of running a scam. Worst of all, he use the university resources to do that!
Remember, it is important to archive the whole website before it is gone. That an important evidence when present them to the authorities or reporters.
Since Ashu Chaturvedi's THEIMATRIX scam started in Cincinnatti, if you think you are the victim of THEIMATRIX scam, you can follow the same procedure of gotmatrix to get justice. Let us know if you want to form a victim group.

Actually, the the imatrix scam is located in Cleveland rather than Cincinnati. In fact, for all those interested, here is Ashu's personal information, gleaned directly from the university's directory:
[Edited: See Post Below]
I think that he needs to accept responsibility for his actions. And here is the best part: he's not a citizen, he's a permanent resident. So there would be far-reaching ramifications were he to be taken to court, like possible deportment. Perhaps he would respon to this kind of threat in order to get your money back...
