Several Matrix Lawsuits Resolved!
Confidence in MatrixWatch.org rises as lawsuits are settled on behalf of customers

Several lawsuits filed by matrix customers are coming to an end, and we are pleased to announce that the judgments favor the customers! This announcement will also be sent to our 1200+ members.
PayRequest Lawsuit
A judgment has been entered on behalf of the matrix customers. 100% restitution will be given to customers who reside in the State where the lawsuit was originally filed (CA), and the deadline to make a claim is September 2, 2004. Those customers who paid matrix sites through the services of PayRequest, Inc. are entitled to receive 100% of their money back through this judgment if they fall within the guidelines of the judgment. VarietyMatrix/FreeMerchant Lawsuit
This lawsuit has been resolved, and the plaintiff is satisfied by the result. Although the terms of the settlement are confidential, anyone else who lost money to VarietyMatrix AND paid through Freemerchant.com can contact the office of Jeffrey Wilens and provide their name, address, telephone number, and proof of loss. Attorney Wilens will determine whether the company is willing to settle with them as well.
