I owe this site alot even though I dont go here often...thanks again for forming this site...I learned that matrix are only good if you get what you pay for...but when everything goes bad, we all deserve our money back....peace out....

Do you think your case is unique? If not, do you suggest other matrix victims to file lawsuit against their matrix-sites?

Ill try when I do have the time to read the posts...but I dont read them coz I dont really do matrices anymore...and maybe ever...

It is good to see that things worked out for you.

I am not sure that Jeffrey Wilens will take any more lawsuits concerning Variety Matrix but others who lost money to this company can email him proof of the amount of their losses as well as proof that freemerchant was the payment processor and their name, address, phone number etc. and he could forward it to Digital River's counsel and see if they will agree to make restitution to them.
