REFUNDS FOR ALL.
https://cardholder.paysystem.com
for everyone who paid using Paysystems. Spread the word.
Last year I made the horrible mistake of joining matrix sites. I first began with EZexpo, then moved onto Expo4less and the like. I was on the forum with matrix "legends" John Ngo, Norcal and the small population who did cycle. The very few trusted sites did reward their customers, while other sites cycled without any incentives. Within months, new matrixes opened and everyone flocked to them. These people lost hundreds. Soon, credit processors and lawsuits polluted the community. The forums were clouded by tension, replacing the hope just a month ago. Matrixes jumped and left with money. Some owners even opened new matrixes under different names. After dropping matrixes cold-turkey, I went and virtually fought for my refunds. After one year, I've finally been refunded my money. I can't change your mind, only you can make the change, but this is my exit from the matrix. Think about what you're doing and replace it with another way to make some green. See ya.

I think this is his testimonial. If I get a confirmation that this is what it is, I will move it over to the right area.

So are you saying that you bought stuff on Expo4Less a year ago and managed to get a refund? If so, could you please provide specific information (i.e. more than link) about how you managed to do this?

Welcome to the site ngolimit. Feel free to share some more stories from the "veteran days". Yes, I know all of those names, although I did not come around until the tail end.
I had a couple questions about some of the things you posted.

The CC Processors were there from the beginning. I'm not exactly sure what you mean by this. So, they didn't really come in and "pollute" the community. They were there to help the sites get started with their orders from people with credit cards.

"Just a month ago"??? The forums at MSN (and elsewhere) had troubles way before the first round of lawsuits. In fact, smaller matrix sites were coming and going from the beginning from the research that I have done. The first lawsuit against EzExpo was not announced until mid-May, 2003 (about this time last year). BUT, there were "hope" problems way before that. For instance, remember the whole issue where people found out that Damion had been adding fake names to the lists? He gave a reason for why he did it (help the lists cycle), but many customers never got over that one. That was around December 2002.
Then, MSNBC released a VERY negative article on the matrix sites in January of 2003. Shortly thereafter, PaySystems froze thousands of dollars in the EzExpo account. Everyone flipped out! That was in January/February, 2003.
Sites were having problems with PayPal (freezing matrix accounts) as far back as October/November 2002.
So, I am a bit skeptical about your depiction of a 30-day timespan, where it was total bliss one month, and then total chaos a month later.

You are VERY CORRECT about this one. In fact, I remember that I made this claim when I first opened up MatrixWatch, and nobody believed me. They said that I was spreading conspiracy "scam" stories to scare the customers away. Well, I was hoping for that result, but it was because I was telling the truth.

Why the long, hard fight? You are represented in a class-action lawsuit requesting 100% restitution from a myriad of pay companies, including PayPal, Ginix, AND PaySystems. BTW, I noticed that PaySystems changed their name to MyPaySystems. Any idea why?
Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Did that guy ever give any more information on how he did it?

Tremendous. I lost 500 bucks to that bastard Expo4Less. He just ran off, and told us we were all screwed.
Looks like he's won so far.
