EZ Expo will do its best to keep our free gift product up to date with current technology and will move to update our matrices accordingly.

Entry into a free gift matrix MUST NOT be constituted as a contract whether implied or other, by or between EZ Expo and the customer.

Since our product is an e-book you would purchase, obviously it is hard for us to recover the product once it has been delivered. If we double billed you, we will be happy to do a refund with the proper documentation provided. As a general rule NO REFUNDS are offered.

If disputes remain unresolved within 7 business days, the dispute will be finally settled under the Rules of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce and the Federal Arbitration Act by one or more arbitrators appointed in accordance with the said Rules. Arbitrations shall be conducted in Gulfport, Mississippi. An arbitration settlement between parties will be final and binding. Parties may not seek provisional remedies from courts in any jurisdiction while an arbitration is in effect. This clause will apply to any jurisdiction in which this contract is applicable (but primarily in the state of Mississippi) and sections may only be deemed severable as per the clause entitled "Integration and Severability" contained herein.

Our services are available only to, and may only be used by individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Without limiting the foregoing, our services are not available to children (persons under the age of 18) or temporarily or indefinitely suspended EZ Expo members. If you are registering as a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind the entity to this Agreement.

You hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless EZ Expo and its directors, officers, employees, vendors, contractors, licensors and agents, and any third party information or service provider, from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or related to your (i) breach of these Terms, (ii) violation of any person's or entity's rights, including, without limitation, copyright, patent, trade secret, trademark, or other proprietary rights, or publicity, contract, moral, or privacy rights, (iii) violation of any applicable law, rule or regulation, or (iv) negligence, recklessness, or willful act or omission.

This agreement shall be governed in all respects by the United States Federal Jurisdiction as such laws are applied to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within United states between United States residents. If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision will be deemed severable from these Terms and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

By Purchasing the E-Books you agree that you are entering into a legally binding contract between you and EZ Expo. You further swear that you have met the conditions of eligibility to use this site as outlined in section entitled "Eligibility to use this site" contained in this contract.
