Hello,
I do wish I knew all the information about the GotMatrix (and other matrix) sites posted on this forum before I purchased a $278 ebook matix-entry package. Originally, I saw an auction on eBay for information on how to purchase an Alienware PC for $275. After paying the auctioner for the info, I was told about GotMatrix and that it should take me ~30 days to receive my product.
To make a long story short, I bought the package but never received my ebooks. After two months of waiting and observing the Alienware PC matrix progress, I requested a rebate on the basis of never receiving the promised ebooks. Greg emailed me back some days later saying he would refund me if I sent him my order id#. Quickly, I did so, and one week of silence passed.
Wondering why nothing happened, I emailed him a second time and received no responce. For the next two weeks this was the situation, until I sent and email that both asked for a refund and a correction of an error on my account. He replied with an email saying he fixed the error, but still said nothing about my refund. He completely ignored that part of the email!
Many of you probably already know what this is like. The only difference is that I have received nothing for my money; not even the overpriced ebooks! I don't know what's going on, but I sure hope Greg starts respecting his costomers enough to tell them that, at least, he can't refund them!:(

Archangel,
I've moved this one to the site-specific GotMatrix.com forum.
