That's a lot of a money for a link..:( Did you know that you can file complaint to eBay to get partial refund? If you pay by paypal, they will most likely reverse the charge if you can prove that you are cheated by the seller. I suggest that you do both.

If you paid with your credit card through paypal,( not with funds in Paypal) your credit card company may be able to make a chargebackl for you, but you MUST try paypal first or they will freeze your account.
If you want to see a high priced scam, take a look here;

Exactly how is that auction a scam? He doesnt say hes selling a link? He states very clearly hes selling 20 phones. Why is this a scam?

Now you can see how easy it is to fall for a scam.
Scroll down to; Call Management
Please note: this auction is for the method of how to get a brand new Nokia 7610 phones, when the payment is transferred, I will send the e-mail to the winning bidder, the e-mail include the web address and all the information of how to get the phones. If you do not fully understand the description, do not bid on this auction
very easy to miss the vital bit, i know i did the first time i read the page.

I like this even further down,
Seller's payment instructions & return policy:
Contact me for details on postage and packaging. I cannot offer a refund, as the money will be going towards the deposit for a house, this I can only apologise for.
This guy is trying to get people to help him buy a house. He is already anticipating a refund request, and is basically saying "I will have already spent your money when you ask for it back. Thanks for your generosity." At least he should learn how to spell apologize. What a total scammer.

By emailing his info to aup@paypal.com you can get his account frozen. From there, ask PayPal to get your money back for you and tell them about the fraudulent auction. As another member said, you may be able to negotiate with your credit-card company should these other options fail.
With an electronic payment, the scammers are always at a disadvantage. The customer is never in check mate if they catch it in time. However, you would need to get on this ASAP.
