I am not fully aware of what this site was all about, but I deeply respect their honesty and willingness to listen to legal counsel. They not only closed down their illegal lottery, but they refunded their customers 100%. They apparently did not know that what they were doing was illegally structured until they learned about Matrix Watch and the MSNBC article. If you know any more details, feel free to post.
