Wait a second! I just checked this auction out. Kensleydusen?? You are the person who put this auction up on eBay! No wonder you are advocating this. Here is the seller's description for that auction.
I can show you how to get a Nike Forged Titanium 400cc Driver Or A Callaway C4 Driver for just $55! Once payment is recieved, I will email you on how to do it. You will not be linked to a wholesale site. You can be put on a list to get a Nike Forged Titanium 400cc Driver guaranteed for just $55! The only downside is that you might have to wait a few months to get them depending on how far down you are on the list, but for $55 it's worth it! You are guaranteed that when you cycle you will receive the Nike Forged Titanium 400cc Driver. If You Have Any Questions I have Yahoo MSN And Aol Messenger. Yahoo: Kensleydusen Msn: Kensleyaustin@hotmail.com And AOL:AustinFinnell69 Or Just Email Me At Kensleydusen@yahoo.com
Since you are here with us to discuss this, would you mind telling me how the buyer is "guaranteed" to "receive the...Driver"?

Well threre are 226 people who thought they knew how to post and not get them canceled, and they are no longer allowed on ebay.
When your daddys Id gets canceled you are In trouble with him, and you are not even allowed to sell on Ebay at 14.

He's just mad because we are going to hurt him from getting money.
If you look at rsient.com, he hasn't cycled. It's amazing how only about 70 people have cycled, but about 200 have said they cycled.
He obviously can't do math because he's still in diapers. I've reported all his auctions and will continue to report them.
Keep it up little boy and your parents must be so proud of the excellent language and grammer skills you have "lernd" in "skool"

What I find funny is that after looking at the rsient site, there is no mention of the e-books on the page about the nike clubs. It has a mention of e-books, but no titles or anything.
I have seen some pretty shady sites but it is quite obvious that they have absolutely no idea what they are getting into.

Do you realize that you have to be 18 to partipate in these kind of "Free Gift" schemes? Even if matrices were to be determined to be legal, it would be illegal for you to collect, and illegal for the site to even let you participate.

Like I said in my email this morning Kensley, you haven't cycled 7 times like you said. They just started the Callaway C4 matrix this weekend, so there's no way you 've received any of those yet.
I was in the matrix in mid-april and was about 350th or so. I got a refund back through paypal by filing a complaint and requesting a refund. My $45 came back within an hour.
By the way, the person who was behind me was Jason Sweeney, he's still over 300 spots away from cycling and it's been over 2 months. They've cycled only 40 people since then in 2 months. Do the math on when Jason Sweeney will be getting clubs.
I've discussed this site with Jeff Wilens and we'll bring some action against them as well.
Rsient.com's days are numbered.

You guys are so neat. Thanks for all the details you bring to this forum. Hurley, would you mind giving some more details on the pending lawsuit? You don't need to go into the strategy of the matter, or any details that Jeffrey told you to keep under your hat.

The Kids auctions are gone
All of kensleydusen auctions have been canceled as of this time.
What I did see is someone using the buy it now feature on three of his auctions. It was a Vigilante, he just bought them and left some negitive feedback on the kid.
This is a tactic I DO NOT approve of. Here is the feedback this guy left.

Complaint : 14 year old kid running ponzi scam. website is www.rsient.com IT'S A SCAM!!!!!!
Response by gfinnell - The Auction Was Explained fully and i never got money and never sent the info.
This guy is either a member here or reads this forum, who ever you are this is NOT the way to do it.
Just report the auctions and let Ebay take action. I very much dislike this, and it's uncalled for !! This is not what this group is about !!! If your going to do this type of thing GO AWAY !!! we don't need you here.......

He is a member here. Read through the posts and you will see who it is (I do not have the time right now).
He posted about how he changed his ebay name to jscrewsucks or something because it was a play off the other guys name.

My intention wasn't to go against the norm and I'm not trying to start some debate over how to handle this stuff...but someone posted that the best way to handle this stuff is to inform the uninformed and to get the auctions shut down. My point on this was that if this guy is going to use ebay to sell this fraud, then people should be warned. What better way to warn people than to post negative feedback. If you go to gfinnell's feedback it was all these positives about how he's a great ebayer and such. So, if someone is skeptical about this, then they see that 15 other people bought this info and they liked it so it must be good and they buy it. Now, they will see by looking at his feedback that it's a scam and they should stay away.
My point was to inform the uninformed and to pinch them where it matters. If they are going to list auctions to scams like this and risk negative feedback for promoting a scam, then this is an effective way to warn others and get them to stop scamming people.
I also emailed all the others that purchased from Kensley and warned them. Should I stop doing this as well?

Yes but it is NOT the right way to do it!!
Report the auctions, don't make bids that you never plan to pay..
By the law your are responsible to pay if you place the bid, if the sellers want to push if you can be held liable for your bids.
I don't think that would happen but since you think it's a way to do it, your wrong. Your seller ID WILL be canceled by ebay because your feedback rating is below the standard set by Ebay.
If one person reports the auctions it takes 6 or 7 times to get them kicked off ebay, but if 3 or so people report the same auctions it takes only 3 reports to get them kicked off. I speak from experence, I have kept records of some people I reported before it was the norm.
If I am the only one reporting one seller it takes 6 or 7 times!!
The more people who report them it takes half the time to get them kicked off.
These Vigilante tactics are wrong!!! , and could get you into trouble with the Law...

Peter, if you would like to vamp up the eBay watch dog section to include more those interested with this cause, then feel free to do so. I think that it would help to take the workload off of your shoulders. Hopefully one day, your sub-forum can receive a report and you would only have to report it once, knowing that there are others who are cooperating with your efforts. It looks like our new member "welo" is proud of your accomplishments.

I've been reporting all the matrix auctions that relate to the golf clubs that I've found, so it looks like we are making some type of difference.
Like I had said a while ago, the user ID that I was using to warn others by using negative feedback is our alternate one that my wife had before we were married, so that's fine if they end that one. I tried to make it inactive a couple months ago anyways, so maybe this will help get it gone.
I'm not too worried about the contract thing on stuff like this because it would be pretty tough for them to say that I didn't pay them for the info that they weren't allowed to sell on ebay that was promoting a ponzi scheme.
I'll stop the negative feedback thing, but it still irks me when these clowns come on here swearing at us and swearing at me in emails that I can't do anything to them.

Hurley,
I feel your pain, and have been tempted many times to do what you did, but I do agree with Peter that the better way is to follow the rules outlined by ebay. If every person on ebay was as diligent as yourself and Peter to make ebay a better place it will make a difference. Let us hope that we can convince more people to direct their energy in the proper manner.
By setting a higher standard perhaps we can help bring ebay back to a place that everyone feels safe doing business.

Very well said.
I like reading posts where at least a fraction of intelligence was used in posting.
I think that is why I keep coming back here - I love the debates and conversations that show so much emotion, some controversy, and well thought out replies.
Myself - I try not to think - it gets in the way of my concentration.

Now if we can just find another person to report auctions, it sounds like we'd have at least 3 reporting, which could get the people selling this crap off ebay.
Type in the following...
Nike 400cc 55
Callaway C4 55
Titleist Futura 70
Nike irons 45
Those are the current rsient.com auctions. I've reported all of them. They are getting to the point where they are giving the website, but are being very misleading because they say you can get clubs there by paying the money.
The funny thing...people are still bidding on the auction even though it's giving the website to go to.
