Greg's Customers must act before it is too late

GotMatrix.com, a large matrix site that launched earlier this year, has risen to a noteworthy level of success in the matrix community. According to some estimates, Greg, the owner, has taken in over $300,000. Some statisticians and customers are now beginning to realize that this success will not last, and they must take action now before the opportunity to do so is gone.

Consider what happened to other matrix sites. They become extremely popular and many people began to collect their prizes once they "cycled". The popularity began to drop when the lists become too long, and at this point the owner considered an exit strategy. Since he/she has already paid out cyclers, 100% refunds become impossible, and the only other recourse is to shut down the site and run. The customers are left with an error message when they try to access the site, and they are unable to get any answers since the owner stops responding to emails.

Customers are still holding out for their big prizes at GotMatrix, but they will never receive them. According to our statistics reports, it will take the average customer at GotMatrix over 5 years to cycle. By that time, the item that they wish to receive will be worthless. If you are a customer of GotMatrix and you are waiting to cycle, then we recommend that you unplug your mind from the matrix! There is no way that you will cycle. Your best option is to get your money back from GotMatrix now before it is too late.

Here are some recommendations on going about this.

1. Contact the owner (Greg) and ask for a 100% refund. Give a time limit that you want the refund by so that you cannot be strung along for months.

2. Contact the credit-card company or bank that you paid GotMatrix with. Tell that you think you were scammed by a fraudulent website and that you would like to determine whether or not you are eligible for a charge back. If you are, then you can be credited for up to 100% of your purchase.

3. Contact the district attorney and other authorities in Ohio (where GotMatrix allegedly operates from). Inform them about GotMatrix so that they can investigate whether or not these business practices are deemed legal in that state. Click here for more information.

3. Start a class-action lawsuit with other GotMatrix customers. Lawyers.com provides a fantastic database of qualified consumer-advocate attornies, many of whom will not charge you anything to bring the lawsuit. In some cases, the person who files the lawsuit will be eligible for a financial incentive in addition to the winnings of the case. Talk to your lawyer for more information.
