Jeffrey Wilens is the Attorney who is handling the case against EzExpo. His website is:

Details of the Law Suit-

A lawsuit has recently been filed against EzExpo, its owners, and any pay companies associated with them. The lawsuit accuses EzExpo for operating an illegal "lottery" and "pyramid scheme" under California law. Additionally, since EzExpo was in violation, the pay companies associated with them have also been sued.

Why this action is siginificant-

This legal action is significant because it may not only raise questions as to EzExpo's legitimacy, but it also could put pressure on their pay companies, Ginix, Paysystems, Neovi, etc. to discontinue their services to them. EzExpo's accounts may be frozen as well.

The future of the internet matrix industry-

Online pay companies, the means through which matrix sites collect money, could become very skeptical of the matrix sites, and may discontinue service to them. No pay company wants to do business with companies operating lotteries and pyramid schemes. Indeed, that appears to be exactly why PaySystems already terminated its relationship with EZ Expo. What does this mean for the future of the internet-matrix industry? Well, this could mean its end.

What you can do-

Matrix Watch strongly encourages you to seek a refund from the matrix site you are involved with. Sites have varying policies concerning refunds, so should you need legal advice, or if you are considering filing a law suit against your matrix site, please contact a lawyer. What to watch out for-

Watch out for those who try to minimize the lawsuit. They usually do not mention anything about the "lottery" aspect. The lawsuit does not focus on fraudulent misrepresentations on EzExpo's website which is they want to deny. Lately this has been their "straw man." Why EzExpo stands accused of operating an illegal lottery is explained in the lawsuit. People should press Shelby to EXPLAIN why this is NOT a lottery.

Remember, he says there is no guarantee you will win a prize. That necessarily means there is an element of chance that determines whether you win a prize.

I must say, Jeff did a great job. I was one that was caught up in a matrix scheme a while back, probably 2 years ago now, not sure if you boys remember me, I was in the Goraks.com scheme. Well, I just got a check in the mail today thanks to Jeff!
Yes it took a while but it was well worth all the hassle, I got much more than my $80 buy in. So for those of you who think there money is gone, stick with it and don't give up, and also find someone like Lakeshore Law to help you out.

Thanks to MatrixWatch as well, without their help, I never would have seen my money again.

This is great news. Indeed, the wheels of justice can turn slowly at times, but it is SO worth it.

Hey, we should send out another newsletter to get all of the "veterans" back here. I'm sure that there are many others who have recently received refunds. Would be cool to create a new thread on the topic and celebrate with them.
