Last time I checked, Gotmatrix is still #1 on matrix-sites.net. At least they don't need to reset the votes September 1st now if it stays #1.

I refund orders if they're not on the list simply because their transaction was not processed properly. As for the other it was not made.
I'm sure it happened, as my memory isn't all that bad. I would show you the thread where it was mentioned, but I am sure that you have probably deleted that one by now.
ADDED:
Yup
I was right. There is a thread where someone mentioned getting a refund from Greg. Here it is.

Suppadabest got a refund. Oh, and I was also right about Greg deleting the post. He just didn't do a very good job. He deleted the part where suppadabest said he got a refund, but he didn't do a very good job, because I quoted him saying that he got a refund. Look at my post. There is a quote from suppadabest saying that he got a refund from Greg.
I assume that it will get deleted also, so I am saving a screen shot. If anyone cannot find it, just let me know and I will send them the screen shot.
I've actually become quite bored of checking out GM. People wanting their prizes that they won and their messages getting deleted. People asking for refunds. People asking anything from Greg, and him coming back saying he responded to everybody. Why do people believe this liar?
For 3 days his site was closed. He was lurking on matrix-sites.net and didn't post anything. Yet people somehow forgot there was a problem a month ago and he has become their idol again. The ONLY reason why he came back because people were getting closer with their investigation. What happened to that? I bet everybody gave up already huh? People seem to think that because the site is up and running again everything is ok.
He is just taking the same example of his buddy ashu. Go check out http://www.theimatrix.com . Yeah, its up and running...but even the loyalists have abondened the site. Isn't that where this looks like its heading to? The boy wonder isn't as quick to delete posts. The owner is offline for a month on end, doesn't pay attention to his own forums, calls his customers liars. Why are people putting up with this anymore? Why aren't people taking action?
What makes a good matrix site?
1. Short lines. Those lines are the longest in the business.
2. Customer service. I read a thread there that somebody emailed the owner 100 times and didn't get a responce. If the owner can't respond to everybody within 48 hours, even if on vacation, than why are you giving him your money?
3. Quick updates. People have asked for refunds, because after a month, their name still isn't on the list. I think the percentage of people who complain is like 1/10. So, if 5 people have complained of not being listed, I bet 45 haven't. This is unexceptable.
4. Quick payouts. Alot of people have said they cycled and haven't been paid yet for months. Why should it take more than 48hours to pay out? Again, I bet 9 out of 10 people gave up on the site, have cycled, and not been paid because they could care less anymore.
5. Keeping their promises. There is some kind of commision thing that they did, and poor xero has been trying to get his money for a month now. Is it really that complicated greg? I know...your turning into ashu and hoping more people will be suckered into your scam until everybody gives up on you.
All matrix sites are scams folks. I know you desperately want to make money without earning it. All you are doing is making someone else rich. Your lying for somebody else, and chances are good you won't get anything out of him.
When will you guys get off your lazy behinds and sue him? When will you sue the boy wonder and go after the people who have "cycled"? You can sit here and complain all you want. I'm sure that makes you feel better. You can pin your hopes on some loser who married a crooked cop, who I am glad I will never have to run into, but she is out promoting her own scams, trying to swindle more and more moeny out of you.
I guess I have nothing to say. Until you guys do something, your letting somebody scam you out of your money, and keep all of his loyalists actively giving him money. Do yourself a favor. Hire a private investigator, track him down and file a class action lawsuit against him. Any less, your just aiding him.

How did you get a refund from Greg? Did you have to return the ebooks? How can the rest of us get refunds?

This is a good idea. May be the gotmatrix's victims can start raising fund to hire a private investigator. Or we can start a matrix line with "hire a investigator" as 'free gift' ..:D Seriously, we can start a thread on this issue.
Of course, the alternative is to file police report to the local police station.

What local police station? I'm in Riverside, CA, should I file one there (if I was a member?) Thats why they need to hire a PI. It will probably cost $100. If 100 people chip in one buck, they can find this guy easily, than begin to file police reports there, contact the FTC, etc. Its either that or wait for concerned to track him down (try calling ashu...they probably room together) 6 months after he runs away and people stop caring.
I'm starting to read how people say it was a costly lesson. A couple thousand dollars and no return. But, even if you lost $15, get together with other people, hire the PI and go after this joker, if not for you but for more people who are still being scammed. If your close to cycling, don't think you'll get your money if you cycle. Look at poor nemesis. He was promised like a dozen times that his gift was sent...and gregs only responce is to delete his postings asking when it was sent.
Anything short of taking action yourself you are allowing a con artist to continue to steal people's money, and you are allowing more and more people to lose money. Even if you think matrix sites aren't bad, the amout of people getting scammed by greg are so many that you are losing potential customers in other sites.

GREG I ASKED FOR A RUND BUT U JUST IGNORED IT.
THE RESON I WANT THIS REFUND IS BECAUSE I CAN'T DOWNLOAD
THE EBOOKS. I ASK WITHIN THE 48 HOUR BUT U SEEMED TO HAVE IGNORED IT SO I WANT MY REFUND BACK JUST LIKE IT SAYS IN THE FAQ
I'm starting to get it now...If the site is down, the allmighty can't scam people. If the site stays up and he keeps up with removing posts that make him look bad, he can scam more people. And since the rankings are password protected, people have no clue how long the lists are.
But if he just ignores everybody he can bipass his 48 hour refund policy. You should have asked me a week ago for the refund. Wait, you did? I don't see it...oh, it was one of those batch postings I deleted when I did a search for "refund or where gift".
I gotta compliment him. It takes a true scumbag to figure out how to become more of a scumbag. But, to some, he's still their hero.

Greg
I have deleted all post in this forum to clear things up. If you have a question that needs answered post it here, post it once and it will be answered.
Good! I understand how hard it is to scam more people when they go to your forum and just see a whole bunch of questions to you unanswered. You should regularly delete everything more often...maybe every 5 minutes to hide the truth.
Everyone who has cycled payment will be sent as promised. Any complications with your payment PM me. Payments are being sent out to several individuals today.
Good! Thanks for saying who is getting the money - Wait, that tactic didn't work in the past where people actually went on your board to verify you lied several times and didn't send out the money. Payments are being sent out - Now, do you mean to cyclers or to moderators who have helped delete any posts that might possibly say the truth?
Than you have poor nemo who thinks he'll get his money though it was sent out like 3-4 months ago, and he further hopes that the all mighty will respond why he hasn't been on the forums lately. I wonder how many times a day he's still voting for GM. 3 or 4?
Now that it looks like GM won't even make it to the top 5 because he's been too lazy to delete the posts himself, it looks like m-s won't be resetting the voting anytime soon. Gotta make sure its still #1. I just wonder what the love affair between those 2 sites are.
Wow...PMs are working over there again folks...

Well I'm sure a couple of them will actually receive payment as that is the only way to keep the scam going. He's following the same path he did a couple months ago, he's gonna pay out the one's who have complained the most, and the rest will have to go through the "silent treatment" until they become the biggest complainers. Paying off the biggest complainers will then prompt them to leave some good feedback in the forum and help Greg to make a couple of more sales before he disappears again.

I've long suspected that M-S is in bed with GM. I think this thread goes to prove it. In it sisco asked about our opinion of how greg keeps on coming back from the dead, like thats supposed to prove anything other than simply that he is trying to scam as many more people as possible before the site turns into a ghost town. He attacked our credibality, and my responce probably was not that flattering towards MW (sorry guys).
I asked what credibality exactly do we have and who gave it to us? Truthfully, they are the only ones to give it to us by not being able to attack our beliefs (its all a scam, illegial on several grounds, etc) but to attack us personally by calling us crybabies.
So, I asked him a simple thing...
can you argue why it was acceptable of what the site owner has been doing over the past few months? Especially when it comes to promises of paying off cyclers?
His responce was to say troll alert (I still have no clue what that even means), and the responce of M-S was a temporary 1 year site ban. So, my only conclusion is that M-S is more interested in helping site owners scam more and more victims to get more money in their pockets rather than helping out the matrix community as a whole.

"Troll Alert" is Sisco's way of letting people know you are affiliated with this site. Trolls is what he call the watchdog's.
It's no question M-S is in cahoots with GM. They manipulate the lists to keep GM in the top 5 and they always back Greg no matter what. Heck SigX is a MOD there so that sums it up.

I used to go back and forth with those guys over there, but I just had to realize that arguing with them saps time and energy that could be devoted to helping scammed, matrix victims.
The fact is that everything their community stands for is being eroded by our successful campaigns. They stood for the matrix scams awhile back, but they would never respond to our arguments proving that matrix sites are totally fraudulent. As a result, hundreds of people flocked to our site and joined our side.
Realizing that we were a grave threat to their manipulative goals, they would come here, hijack threads, and argue with just about everything we did or said. Even if we called them on their irrationality, and started threads to respond to their specific claims, they would still go on and on with the same arguments. I remember that I actually started a thread requesting a logical response to our claims that the matrix sites were mathematically doomed, questionably legal, and totally parallel to both pyramid and ponzi schemes. They couldn't do it. But they sure did continue to distract things the best they could. The more rational ones were kept on board here (KayP, etc.), but the others just had to go (Sigx, etc.)
They then tried to resurrect the enthusiasm for matrix scams by banning all of the detractors from their forums in hopes that the customers would once again flock to their side. It didn't happen.
Then, they tried to build up enthusiasm for more get-rich-quick scams such as gold-games, randomizers, etc. These turned out to be scams as well (as we said they were), and their community lost even more credibility.
Now, there is one last thing that their community stands for.. Getting all sour about how we proved them to be scam artists/supporters time and time again. Expressing their bitterness about that is all they live for now. We are the only cause keeping them alive.
I resolved a few months ago that perhaps it was time to heal our divisions and take steps toward coming together for the benefit of a single cause--helping the GotMatrix customers. While some accepted and are with us today, most of them opted to stay bitter and openly express their anger.
One of them went so far as to publically post an email that I sent, all because she did not want to respond to me directly. As the old addage goes: "Hell hath no fury..."
I think that our time would be best spent ignoring them, but that is just my opinion. In time they will fade away. We have already proven them to be wrong, and most of us would attest to that. The simple truth is that they will never admit it. That's fine, let them have what little pride they can hold onto. Let's not allow their anger and frustration to take away from all that we have accomplished for so many people.
- Refunds for matrix customers who paid through Ginix (b/c of our lawsuit).
- Exposing matrix owners as scam artists
- Providing an environment that empowers the customers to hold owners accountable
- Exposing the matrix scam to a wide audience through the media
- Coming together to file various class action lawsuits
- Bringing attention to eBay and PayPal and daily fighting so that others cannot be scammed thorugh these businesses.
- And much more...
:)

Okay WD since you did indeed leave me unbanned so far I am going to defend myself for all it is worth. First off let me define your comment about me.
Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned: No one is angrier than a woman who has been rejected in love. This proverb is adapted from a line in the play The Mourning Bride, by William Congreve, an English author of the late seventeenth and early eighteenth centuries
Can you tell me exactly how this relates to me? I'm sorry, is it that I love you and you rejected me... I thought it was the other way around :p Maybe I am just imagining things.
Anyway, My point as it has always been and always will be is I spent money how I felt I wanted to and I am an adult(irregardless of how childish my behavior may be at times) and I like most adults don't like to be told what to do. You at MW feel the need to do just that. I have never tried to argue the obvious with you guys because the point is I am not an idiot nor are most of the people who keep on the "matrix side" as you would like to make us out to be. We only feel like doing what we wanted to do at the time with our money and are not going to start acting foolish about it later, claiming not to be literate and understand the simple FAQ that are posted on Matrix Sites. I am no happier than anyone else is about the way things have been going lately at your favorite Matrix site, but I am also not going to do an about face just because things are not going as I hoped they would. There is a little thing that adults are supposed to do that is not typical of a child and that thing is to take responsibility for their actions. Unfortunately this is just the fault that a lot of adults have and your site is "taking advantage" of. There are too many people these days who want to blame someone else for everything. I guess this is the new "American Way". Well it is not my way. If I want to speak to Greg, I will email him. If he continues to not respond to me, I will take my own steps from there. I do not need to have the guidance of others to take care of myself... Funny that you find that to be a fault.
Anyway, I guess I have had my say for now. Knowing the way things have gone in the past I will just have to be content with being "rebanned" from your site since my opinion is not the same... And for the record I posted parts of that email because I wanted to vent my aggravation with the degrading way you like to talk to people to others who may actually listen for just a second. Had I emailed you back I would only have gotten that same type of a response. I am not 5 years old and don't take it too well to be talked to that way. So forgive me for becoming aggravated, but it will happen everytime you try to treat me like I am not as intelligent as you just because I don't have the same opinions... :(

You don't need to worry about being banned. You were not thread hijacking, and in fact you were responding directly to the main point of a conversation. I read a quote recently that was very reflective of a Thomas Jefferson quote I shared 8 months ago:
When ideas are openly aired, good ideas flourish, silly proposals are easily recognized as such, and dangerous ideas can be responded to by rational argument. Nothing is ever gained by forcing citizens to disseminate their thoughts in secret.

damn, I didn't cut and paste my analysis for Greg. I guess the truth hurts.
Anyways, I killed a few hours today looking thru the rankings, and here is what I found. I didn't include the $25 and $50 lists, because those seem to be half right - couldn't figure out how to see the whole thing.
667 spots cycled.
5,243 spots didn't cycle (88.71%)
$551,245 - eBook sales
$337,890 - gifts sent out
$212,355 - PROFIT
Subtract a couple hundred bucks for webserver and a couple hundred bucks to the boy wonder. He can't pay nemo $500 because of a $250,000 chargeback? It must be that high since he needed to get an 8-5 job because he's losing money on this site.
He should have closed down the day after he had a $250,000 chargeback. Good lord thats alot of chargeback. I'm feeling sorry for him. Anybody wanna get together with me and give him money since it sounds like he is starving?
