Here is one of the many e-mail's sent to Greg at gotmatrix

"Again I request a phone number an address to contact you. I am still getting e-mails from e500 in nj. They have a virus attached and will not be accepted by my computer. Greg I would like to know why you just can't answer the e-mail yourself. You use to. Or have you outgrown the customer service that you advertise. The stress of this matter has caused an exacerbation of my MS to occur. The writing of all these e-mails is just so much fun for my hands. I have contacted a Federal Agency about your company as well as the Washington branch of the Better Business Bureau since you will not let me contact you directly. I feel this is my only other option as well as contacting my attorney. I don't feel that I should have to keep writing every day to not even get an answer. All I want is the x-box that I paid for over a year ago. I have counted how many names are head of mine. It has been the same number for many many months. Please answer this e-mail so I can end all this writing."
Thank you for your time.

I have sent over 40 e-mails to gotmatrix. The last response I got was in April. The x-box was first for my son's birthday then for his Eagle scout ceremony. I think I should get my x-box and an answer from gotmatrix.

Unfortunately it appears you need at least 850 more people to buy in, in order for you to receive your Xbox. Yet another customer lost on the lists at GM, I'm sure your reply from Greg (if you ever get one) will be "you didn't pay for an Xbox, you paid for ebooks." Did you even receive the ebooks? As well the money Greg collected from your purchase has already gone to someone who cycled, so it's gonna be a little harder for you to retrieve it. Being you are so far down in the list, there is really nothing you can do except pursue a refund of some sort, as it is not your turn to receive the XBOX yet.

To Greg,
As of this date I am requesting my money back as soon as possible. I have been on this list for almost 13 months. Now I want my money back.

Greg Will not offer you a refund (as stated in his TOS). I have also been on 2 of the lines for 18 months. I don't think there is any way that anyone in the same situation will receive their products. Even people who have cycled have been waiting over a month for Greg to pay out. What chance do we have?

Unfortunately looking at the list over there at GM, your money was already used to cycle someone, the only way you can get any portion back is if Greg digs deep into his own pockets and pays you back, which I doubt he would do. It looks like since you bought in, there have been more than 3 people cycle and receive their product or cash, which means your money was already used to pay them for cycling.
Being the length of time you have been waiting, even if you paid by credit card I don't see much you can do at this point, it has been over a year. Legal action may be your only alternative.

'Kathy7224' emailed us to let us know that she has MS and it is difficult to type out long responses here. Let's try to offer her the best advice we can. :)

I have merged the two threads that she started here so that her emails to GM can be combined into one archive.

Kathy, no offense, but have you heard of the "social definition of insanity"? It is a new phrase being thrown around in intellectual circles. It basically means that a socially crazy thing to do is to do the same thing, over and over again, and expect different results.

Now, you and many other GM customers have been emailing Greg and asking him questions on the forums. Several refund and product requests have been made. Every time he ignores your complaints/requests, makes up excuses such as "...my email account isn't working..." and nothing gets done.

It seems to me that you may not be looking at this realisticly. Now, hold on... This may hurt but it is for your own good..

Greg has scammed you. You have been made a victim by an internet scam. He has your money, and asking for it back will not help. You need to either drop the whole thing and call it a loss, or else take action with some other customers.

I wouldn't expect Greg to be the benefactor and give everyone their money back. Afterall, wouldn't he just say that you bought some e-books? Consider the steps in the thread we posted here (http://www.matrixwatch.org/forums/showthread.php?t=1390).

Let us know how it turns out.

File fraud report to the "fraud division" at the local police station where Greg Day lives, if you can confirm his real identity and his real address. I think that Christy1224 at gotmatrix and matrix-sites.net and her policeman husband has the information ready to share with gotmatrix' customers, if I remember correctly. The post has been deleted from matrix-sites.net but I think christy1224, as a helpful big sis, is more than happy to share this information. :)

Based on my past experience with internet fraud, with 10-20 fraud reports on the same con artist, the police from fraud division/department will begin their own investigation and take necessary action after they have enough evidences. If Greg is found guilty of fraud, (I think he will since he is running a pyramid/ponzi scheme), then he will be charged eventually. The victims might get something back if he hasn't spend all the money. This is a rough idea and process of how things work.

We need someone to take the innitiative, and share the "Grand Theft Case Number" (that was what it was called when I filed my police report to Long Beach Police Station a few years ago) and the name and telephone of police officer in charge. The rest of the victims can just write or call in to file their police reports. It's pretty simple.

Greg does not have to worry about the police reports against him if he strongly believes that he is running a legitimate business. Police will only take action after their own independent investigation after receiving 'enough' complaints.

Just my 2 cents.

Do we have to file a complaint agaist Greg in his neighbor Police Station? or we can do it in our state police station?
