Two great, new features have been added to the forums. I think that these features will facilitate many of the new members who have come here asking questions.
1) Similar Thread Feature- From now on, when a new thread is started a box will appear at the botton with the heading "Similar Threads". The search engine of our site will match up the new topic with older topics we have archived. So, when a new member comes here asking questions about Randomizers, or a matrix customers comes with questions about how to obtain a refund, the older (and very intensive) discussions will be linked to that new thread! This will keep us from having to reinvent the wheel every few months with similar issues, and it will bring us deeper into the subjects instead of repeating the more 'surface' ideas of what we are trying to communicate to our valued members.
2) Users Viewing this Thread Feature- A new box will appear at the bottom of a thread under the heading "Other users viewing this thread...", and the screen names of those users will be listed. This will enable our members to see how active their thread is among other users, and it will allow them to gauge how long a response might take.
More features will be added in the future as we learn the database better each day.
