this site keeps adding more products with smaller cycling times, but their big 20 count site is coming to a halt.

They've only cycled 54 people in 4 months, but there are over 1000 on the list...most of whom were scammed off ebay auctions. Since we have started fighting against the ebay auctions, this site has slowed down, but the addition of more products isn't good. Not to mention that when they started an upgrade list, one guy put in 8 spots of money (well at least he says he paid in) and then cycled within a month or so, now they have his picture up there to show it works. No one has debated too much about it not working in the short term, they fail to look at it as a long term thing and overall it's just crazy.

Anyways, keep a look out for these guys and let's get them down.

It looks like Rsient.com just changed from using PayPal to using two other pay sites. Could this mean that PayPal froze their funds?

I will do an analysis on this site if I get a chance next week. If we keep pushing these sites will not be around much longer.

I am not sure who is responsible for notifying the pay merchants to the different matrix sites, but it seems to be having a huge effect.

www.prizemonkey.com

looks like this site is pretty much the same as rsient.com

It just opened on June 18th and has a lot of the same people on their lists. Robert Pitman bought about 8 sets of Nike clubs on rsient and has about 10 of the first 20 spots now on prizemonkey.

They posted his picture on rsient and showed that it works. I think there's something insider about this guy.

I've sent an email to that paypal address about this, so hopefully they will get shut down as well.

I just looked at their website a few minutes ago, and it looks like rsient.com closed it's doors. Their homepage the following announcement.

********************************************
Announcement
RSient.com is temporarily closed for business. Due to some misdealings by former owners RSiENT.com has suffered severe financial loss. (I have personally paid in over $6000 of my own money to try and keep this business a float.)

On top of that an account freeze by Paypal makes it virtually impossible to continue operating without people losing money.

. As outlined in our terms of agreement we will refund all money received in the last 10 days including membership fees.

If you had requested a refund already then we will also honour that request.

Refunding all money may take up to a week.

We sincerely apologise to all the loyal and true customers of RSiENT.com.

Questions/Requests/Complaints can be sent to:

Hurley:

I am pretty sure that you are full of it! You have not the slightest idea whether you are the reason they shut down or not! How could you possibly know this. You know you really need to get a life. Tell me this, how are yall going to feel about shutting all these sites down and all these people losing their money, and then you and your boy scout team lose the case. That is really going to help them now isnt it. Dont you think if you really want to help people that you should make sure you are even going to win the suit, before you for sure make them lose their money. You are always talking about these sites hurting people, well big guy you are hurting people to with what you are doing.

I never said that I was the sole reason behind them shutting down...maybe it's because they had a 20 person matrix with over 1000 people on it for a month that didn't cycle one person.

However, I helped a bunch of people, over 40 get their $45 back from this site and sent numerous emails to paypal before they froze their account.

So, all in all, I am partially responsible and that is enough for me.

Also, I alerted Jeff Wilens to this site and now that they are closed down, he will have about 1000 people who would like to get their money back. They probably won't recover all of it, but it will definitely help eliminate ponzi schemes like this one.

If you read that it says DOGGZZZz plural, we were extremely helpful for eliminating this scam artist from scamming other people.

TCB, I've never said anything bad about you or done anything to go after you or your site. I don't even know which one it is. Also, I said that if you sell something worth value that you have put value into by either paying for it or developing it, and want to give away a free TV to one person for every 20 that sign up, then that's not a problem for me. It's the people that are just fronting ebooks or something that they downloaded for free off some internet site and then trying to pawn off their site as a retailer of very "useful" ebooks and really just running a ponzi scheme.

Yes I know Hurley, you have not gone after my site, but eventually this group which you support will, and I will go down not without a fight.....

Also, I have developed desktop wallpaper in a artistic way, and though some on here claim that desktop wallpaper is useless since you can get it free elsewhere, I believe mine are useful. Also there are sites that sell artistic desktop wallpaper without a matrix...

As far as ebooks, I bought most of mine, from others. Mostly on CD, around 5000 of them.

I know you have never gone after me, but I do disagree with you. Some how from your posts I get the idea that you want credit for some of the site closures and I think that is wrong and that can possibly be hurting people also. This is not personal, I dont even know you. You just post alot and I read alot of your posts. Now your above description does not make any sense. By your standard a matrix site can sale a tangible item and run the same system. What sense does that make. You call it a pyramid and a ponzi and then you say it would be alright if they sold something other than ebooks. It does not matter what they are selling. If you could bottle air and get someone to buy it I would say go for it. You are one hell of a marketing maniac. Just because you can sell something that you can get for free does not make it illegal if you infact have resell rights.

Good point MatrixFriendly.....

my big issue comes from the fact that people are just buying into to get the TV, not the item. Therefore, if they pay in $1000 to buy a T-shirt, then I would think there's something fishy, but if I pay in $5 or something like that and buy a T-shirt and then get thrown into the list to get the TV, that would be cool.

The problem then would be that the lists would have to be longer and would go stagnant.

I guess the best way is to have a 2 person matrix and buy a tangible item, like a CD player. Then, for every 2 people that buy a CD player, the first on the list gets a speaker set as well.

You still have the overlying matrix problem where you list grows 2 spots and only 1 comes off, so it exponentially gets bigger and will become stagnant sometime.

Hmm...Most people that buy something that has a prize or gift attached to it do so for that gift. In every business I know of, including the sweepstakes that require no purchase. It is an advertising ploy.....

Are there any Advertisers here?

yea, ebooks shouldn't be an exception to selling things.
