Woohoo!!!!! Even though PayPal wouldn't help me out and Ginex is um errr, I didn't actually contact them.
Anyway, if you payed with a credit card, visa in my case, you can go through them to get your money back. I spoke with a visa rep, and explained how the matrix site works and how the ponzi scheme was deemed illegal by the FTC, and they said I would get my money back. It is just a 30 day process because I have to first request a refund from the person and then give visa all the info and emails.
Also, I found out that ematrixusa can't charge people 100 dollars for chargeback fees because it is unauthorized use of your credit card. Things are looking good for me, I should get my 170 dollars from ematrix back and my 220 dollars back from bestdealsmatrix. I'm extremely happy and have learned my lesson. I hope everybody has the same out come as me in their matrix situations.
