From what I have heard, the bottom line is that it is very expensive to file a lawsuit, but some lawyers will represent plaintiffs for free if they believe there is a possibility of getting their fees through the lawsuit.
Getting a lawyer for the GotMatrix case would involve informing that attorney that GotMatrix used to do business through some large pay companies.
We happen to have a list of those pay companies, but you would need to have the attorney contact us. :rolleyes:
Do your research before jumping in, and remember that it really only takes one person to file a class-action lawsuit. You may also have some legal options through the government. See the link above for more info on this.
