It appears that not many people are very certain about how to respond to Greg's disappearance and the pending collapse of GotMatrix.com.

Over the past year we have seen the collapse of over 200 matrix sites and each time the same problems are evident:

1. The lists get very long and autocycle programs do not live up to their promised results.

2. New customers stop coming in, and veteran members are pressured into reinvesting.

3. The owner becomes very distant, and shortly thereafter not many gifts are mailed out.

4. People who cycle are not getting paid, people who bought "e-books" are unable to get refunds.

5. The fear that "we have been scammed" begins to settle in, but everyone waits for the owner to deliver on his promises.

6. A few die-hard "supporters" of the owner step up to defend him. Note: These supporters are sometimes either aliases for the owner himself, or they are close (well-rewarded $$$) friends of his.

7. The site disappears, no one knows what to do, and everyone screams for vengence when the owner cannot be located.

This was happening over and over again, and the frustration of having nowhere to go led to the creation of the MatrixWatch forums. We are here to help the customers get their money back, and we are here to stick up for their interests when no one else is.

If anyone has words of hope that "Greg will be back soon" then they are just buying time for his escape. Don't believe a person behind an online ID. Stick up for yourself, your rights, and the rights of innocent people who were told that things would be different when they bought their "e-books".

The reality is that you need to act fast or else it will be too late. From what I have seen, it is already almost too late. Greg changed his mailing address on the payment page almost 4-5 months ago. Since then we suspected that he was plotting his escape.

As we have been saying for over a year now, "Give a matrix scammer enough rope... YOU hang first."

We are here to help unite and empower your community if you are willing to come here and forsake the voices of Greg's supporters.

Yeah... I think he's gone. And if he resurface, he would be using a different name. I wonder if we can still track him down by using WHOIS.

Well there was an update to one of the lists, so he's around to accept payments still.

It's hard to resist when someone gives you money.

Not because I like you guys, but hey I figured I could throw the dogs a bone :p since I have been so privileged to be reinstated to the prestigious MatrixWatch forum. I don't know if anyone has noticed this on the "process order" page at Gotmatrix. This is the address listed for sending a check or money order:
Got Matrix, * ***** ****, Cincinnati, OH 45255
[Edited by Admin.]
Maybe this can help some of the people who need it. Then again, maybe it is just a BS address... Anyone live in Cincinnati?
Happy Hunting... You guys are bloodhounds right? But seriously if this is possibly helpful to anyone I am just trying to "spread the word" so to speak in case it may help any other Gotmatrix customer. I expect a finders fee if anything comes of this... ;)

Nicolee,
Thanks for lending a hand to help out these customers. I've gone ahead and edited out the address, but if anyone absolutely needs the info then they can send you a PM. :)

Thanks again.

Doing a reverse address on that address netted a Gregory Day.

typing the address into a reverse address search engine to get the person of the house and the phone number, if possible.

I remember back when EzExpo was about to crash. Just about a month prior the owner, Shelby, would disappear and then reappear. Whenever he would post on the forums he would assure everyone that he was still sending out gifts and cash to those who cycled. He said that he was bogged down with all of the requests for refunds, emails, etc.

It was not long after that people began to wake up to empty mailboxes as they waited for their prizes, and they would find empty promises on the forums when they logged on to the website.

MatrixWatch.org was there for those customers then, and we are here for the GotMatrix customers now. Our recommendation... Don't buy into the bull. Take the initiative and start making a difference before it is too late. Get the customers together and email a consumer-rights attorney. Get the police involved.

If GotMatrix is not a fraudulent scam, then the authorities will have no problems with it. However, if it is indeed illegal, then it is best that you reported it and did not continue to be involved.

Hey watchdog, I got a question for you.

On another forum people suggested our answer is to file lawsuits after lawsuits. I think that is the best thing for people, but do you have a list of suggestions customers can do to do something?

I started up a thread trying to bring them together, but well, I think I got one responce, so people aren't that interested. What can an individual try to do to get their money back? Unfortunately with just a few poeple, filing a lawsuit just isn't as pratical as if 100 people got together to do so.
