A seller on ebay.co.uk, has been selling 1000's of DVD's, but failed to deliver.

I am confused. Not only is this article dated 2003 (a little old!) but I fail to see the relevance. Whilst it is interesting, it does not relate in any way shape or form to matrix sites. Matrix Watch is devoted entirely to bring justice to matrix sites around the world - so how is this article relevant?

The title of this section of matrixwatch is called, Off Topic, and thats exactly what my post is.

It looks like this guy made about £30.000.00 from over 3000 auctions, it has taken over a year to get to the point where the CPS (Crown prosecution service) say there is no case.

I understand that the 100's of people that lost money are now thinking about bringing a civil case.
