Well it has been forever and a day since I could actually come to this site without having to hide my ip address and use a different screen name. I do like the changes to the forum, its much easier to read and just looks better.

Yeah I just wanted the folks to know I should no longer be considered hard core pro-matrix. I just dont really care much about the matrix world at all anymore actually. I dont check lists anymore, nor do I check out all the new sites that foolishly continue to open. I am just over it all.

I am curious too :) Some anti-matrix people (including myself of course) thought that you are doing "pretty ok" at gotmatrix, At least you get paid when cycled and do not need to scream like Red7 and others for their cycled money.
Gotmatrix seems to be hanging there and continue to pay its cycled member (did I miss anything?), even though it is not as effective as last years. So, if gotmatrix continue to keep its promise to pay cycled membe, then what is the reason for quiting so called "good matrix"?

As hard as seems to believe, I am just over it. Yes GM is still around and the owner seems to be paying, and I never had any problems getting my gifts when I cycled, but its not about GM. Its about all sites, I have no desire what-so-ever to buy anymore packages or ebooks. Its too much of a wait, too much wondering. I guess at this point I am not for or against the sites. I just dont have any desire to deal with either side of the issue anymore, heck I am not even in the middle. Life changes and you move on. But anyway, I gotta finish painting a bathroom right now.

As u might be awared that there was a rumour that you are greg since you defended him at all cost. Frankly speaking, many of us actually think you did an excellent job (managing the forum and promoting greg) of getting people to sign-up to gotmatrix since greg is always absent anyways.
Have you ever wonder what to say to those customers who were attracted to gotmatrix because of your effort as THE promoter of gotmatrix? As you should know that these newbies might not be as lucky as you to be cycled (as early bird) and get paid on time. Are you continue to fight for them since they are actually your customers, not greg?
Anyways, you don't have to answer my question. Enjoy your new 'matrix-neutral' or non-matrix life :) By the way, your new life is actually THE main goal of our forum -- to create a matrix-free life for everyone! :D
By the way, what color do you use in your bathroom? I like mango yellow :D

Oh believe me the whole thinking I was someone else has been around alot longer than you have on the boards. I thougt Star cleared that up a year ago, but hey whatever.
I have pretty much been non matrix living for awhile now. But I wil tell you that they can be addictive. Kinda like shop-o-holics get addicted to going to the mall, matrices can be the same way. Especially when they were cycling a bunch of people last year. I do hope for the best for owners and for customers of all the sites and that everyone can come to some agreement as to what is best for all parties.
The color is actually a light green, its called "restful", it will go with the palm tree border that I will do later tonight.

Woa, SIGX97 became a sort of legendary signature in the matrix world; it's almost sad to see it retired. We had some good conversations/debates, I wish you well and I'm glad to see/hear you have moved on from the matrix world.
"Restful" is a nice shade of green by the way.

hehehehe Yes, know what you mean. I am about as neutral as a person can get when it comes to matrix sites nowadays... I got caught up in the hype for a little bit there myself but it didn't last very long. One week after I spent my $275.00 I went and ordered myself a new Dell desktop because I knew I didn't want to wait 7 or 8 years for my Alienware. lol I will never spend another dime at a matrix site. :)

Not really. Sigx97 is still THE official moderator on gotmatrix forum, so may be he is not as 'neutral' afterall. May be his definition of 'neutral' is different from us. I suppose messages still got deleted on the forum but not sure who delete them. I guess we will never know.
Anyways, gotmatrix continue to receive donation from deceived newbies who will NEVER cycled for another 10 to 200 years . Sigh :(

Oh little Ycchen my friend, leave it up to you. I sent Greg a pm. Its not like I can add and change mods with the mod control panel. Things like this just make me laugh now.

Are you still THE official moderator at that matrix site? I thought you were shed of that. Or is ycchen spouting off facts without really knowing the facts? Just when I thought things were changing around here I find that maybe they really aren't changing after all. Oh well. No matter.

I have absolutely no idea. One day it was just gone. I dont want to speculate and start a rumor, so all I know is I went to log in to read the forums but they were not there. Try sending a message to Sierra via this board if he is not banned, maybe he will reply.

May be I should not make any assumption before asking you whether you have quit your job. Sorry if I hurt your feelings. In fact, I was quite surprised (and a bit upset) to see your name as the moderator when I check gotmatrix yesterday. It is just difficult to imagine how a super moderator and super promoter who defend matrix at all cost can suddenly become 'neutral' while nothing seems to change on the 'surface'!? :o I bet a lot of customers still expect you to fight for their 'cycled' money. That was a good job, frankly speaking.
Sigx97, your role attract attention and you know that very well. See, Sisco is just a customer, so when he said he is 'neutral', I would assume that he means that he will probably not promoting matrix by asking newbies to buy into the matrix. Since he has no official post on any matrix-sites (right?), it is easier to buy his claim of neutrality.
Here is just my two cents and you don't have to buy it. I taught if you are absolutely neutral as you claim, a more consistent and convincing way is to quit you moderating job. If Greg refuse to delete your name, what about making an announcement on the gotmatrix forum that you are no longer the super moderator of the forum? In that way, customers will know that they cannot rely on you to get their cycled money, then they will have to find other means to get their cycled money. Also, they will know that you are NOT the one who delete their posts, so you won't get the blame either. If I were you, I will make this clear first before I go and enjoy my matrix-free life. I will not let greg use my 'ex-loyalty' as a bargaining chip to hide the problem of his matrix-site.
This is just my version of 'neutrality' to share with you. Again, this is a free country and everyone can do whatever they like. :) Take care.

I have taken a step back, the matrix world has been great for a select few but not me. Thats why I havn't found a new host for matrix sites. I am with sigx97 I guess a neutral stance has become more my style.

Why not for you? I thought matrix-sites are for everyone. I thought only anti-matrix people would say that matrix is not for everyone. We have said so many times that matrix is only for the owners, early birds (speculators), insiders and addicts. So, are you speaking our language now? :)
With enough patience, let say a few years, EVERYONE should get their free gifts. Isn't it? This is a standard pro-matrix's arguement.
The second standard arguement is: EVERY CUSTOMERS have got what they have paid for -- valuable ebooks! EVERYONE should be happy with their ebooks, and the 'free gifts' are just something optional. If I remember correctly, bigstarr is a strong supporter of this arguement in the past, probably not any more, or still is?! :D
So, you pro-matrix people do not believe these two standard arguements any more? Why? What is wrong with these two arguements? You have convinced many newbies to believe in these two arguements and thus invest in all the matrix-sites that you promote. Now, you don't backup these two arguements any more? Then, what is your stand on these two standard arguements now, if I may ask? You know our answer as anti-matrix people, we think these two arguements are desceptive and misleading. The purpose of these two arguement is to lure newbies to donate their money to the pyramid-matrix scheme. That's our answer from day 1. I wonder if you would kindly share with us your new 'neutral' stand on these two statements if I may? Thanks.
Anyways, welcome and hope you can shed some lights on the essense of matrix, whether you are neutral, anti-matrix or promatrix. :)

Wow...
I go to reno for one week, I get back an work has completely changed and now I see that the matrix world is changing...next asfx will come here and post he is matrix neutral now. I guess he has more money to make off the die hard supporters.
sigx I'm sorry for spending about half my pointless postings bashing you. I still wonder if you sung the batman theme song while logging on.
But I agree with you...all the new sites opening up everywhere, the piss poor quality of it all, people buying the scripts on eBay or people paying others to make scripts. #1 at MS this month and next month nobody is there. With all these sites popping up by all these people hoping to make a quick buck, all it ends up doing it spreading the little money around alot further and getting pro-matrix people out of the system if it takes years to cycle.
The only hope I see anywhere of matrix sites is still at places like GM that will delete postings to give greg more money and hid the fact of the hundreds of thousands he's taken in and claim he needs to get a job to cycle peopl, and the places asfx wants to promote so he can get more money from the diehards who will follow him anywhere.

Good job, sigx97! For those who haven't visit the ghost town recently, sigx97 had made an indirect announcement that he had quit his mod job. I guess the lazy greg has to do all the deleting job from now on :D
http://www.gotmatrix.com/forums/viewtopic.php?p=11603&highlight=#11603
I agree that if you cycle you should get your gift. I am not a forum mod anymore even though it says it. I asked a while back to have it removed, but its still there. Anyway, have you sent Greg a registered letter?

I just didnt see any reason to make a huge announcement about it on those forums, although I could add it to my sig I guess. I havent checked out this site or GM in over 3 days.

haha... I like your new signature at gotmatrix forum, that's pretty creative ! :D what kind of beer is that? is it good?
Do you have any ideas if the two other mods are still functioning? If not, then we can be 100% sure that greg is the only person who is deleting post. Since his average posting is around 1-2 posts per month, I bet he will be so lazy that he won't even bother to delete any posts. Then, GM's form will become a ghost town like the Ashu's theimatrix.com pretty soon :D
Probably after a while, you will probably see a similar message on GM copy from Ashu's ghost town (www.theimatrix.com)
Error in the forums when restoring
September 15, 2004 - 19:09 EST We were notified half an hour ago by our host that while switching everyone on our server to another server our forums got corrupt. We were forced to restore the forums from a backup which apparently has failed as well. We are currently working with them regarding this problem. The rest of the site was moved to the new server seemlessly and correctly with no problems. Thanks for your patience!

Chimay is a beer that is brewed by Trappist Monks in Belgium. You can find it at most liquor stores that carry imports and higher alcohol beers. www.chimay.com . As far as the mods I have no idea if they are still around. There is no "back hallway" forum like there is or used to be here, so what you see posted is what you get.

Thanks for your feedback on both forum and the beer. :) I shall try the beer someday, it looks pretty rich.
