What will the matrix owner do when the lists stop? There are many sites that own the dead list and are doing nothing. The addition of new invincible products will make the problem worser or better?

Think about it...I'll use my golf clubs issue again...
The reason that this guy is selling the Nike Pro Combo golf clubs is because Nike made too many and they aren't selling fast enough in the stores.
What happens next year when there is a different set out and the people on the list want to change?
There are going to be a lot of people left hanging on these lists and no one to get anything.
Also, Watchdog, I've been allowed to post on ezexpocominc in the MSN group thing. Interesting articles, but not a lot of complaining like the other groups at matrix-sites.

That is because every post on there has to be approved through a moderator - they delete anything that is not positive.

I posted a decent post, but I think they deleted it just because of my username and my affiliation with Watchdog.
It's stupid that they do that because it ends up making things even worse.
Supposedly, yesterday, most people couldn't get on Ezexpo. Are they still down?

EZ Expo.com, Inc. important announcement: This is the official announcement for all previous EZ Expo customers to have a chance to email in and ask to be removed from the list for the free item. You have 30 days to ask to be removed or you will automatically continue on the list for free. That's right the new owners are allowing all previous customers to remain in the matrix for the give away's for free. After 30 days you are bound by the TOS offered by the corporation.
Due to paysystems and Ginix keeping all of the funds refunds are not being issued but you will remain for free on the lists in the correct order if you choose to stay. If you choose to stay you need to do nothing else.
If you seek to obtain your monies back from one of these companies you must do so through them and let us know so you aren't committing fraud by remaining on the list.
We look forward to many happy customers in the future! Thank you.. JUNE 30, 2003

Notice how many times the word "free" is used. Then notice how the word "fraud" is used in the paragraph about refunds. It does not cost them anything to transfer the names from the old EzExpo to the new lists, this is just a spin tactic to misdirect the customers. What this email is really saying is that people can get refunds from the pay companies, and that if they don't do so, they will be transfered to the new lists for the corporation's site. This is EzExpo's new strategy to avoid the massive amounts of chargebacks they have been getting. I do not know if it will work though. There are other matrix sites out there offering a TOS that states "no refunds or chargebacks", yet people get money back from the CC processors everyday. We'll have to see how this pans out. If I were a customer of EzExpo today, I would take the option of being removed from the lists, which means getting a refund.

I tired to get a refund from paysystems and they refused me because the owner said the following:
Notes:
Jun 17 2003 10:16:31:356PM DR jbohbot The customer has received
his ebooks that he paid for. Before purchase was possible he had to agree to
the terms of service stating that there would be no refunds for any reason -
Do Not Refund.
The terms of Service I agreed to there was a refund available. I never technically recieved my ebooks. I received a link that did not work. This link I did not even need to buy into. What a scam. I do not know what to do. I spent 500 dollars on the website and now i lost it all. I was a big supporter of EZEXPO , but when i see the games they are playing hearing about fake names excuse after excuse and now this "new" company forming. They are going to forget about there cycled customers and start over. They are blaming this website the pay comapnies well they should blame themselves. They became obnocious, they refused to answer questions, and always said next month next month. You gave people the run around and lost. ENOUGH excuses, their greed ruined them not watchdog or the companies taking the money. I heard excuses of "oh its the paycomanies i would refund you if I could I do not have access to the funds" Thats lame. I read in one of the forums to petition the pay companies for a refund but the owners are saying no to refund. The TOS i clicked on agreed to stated i can get a refund. So i lost 500 dollars. I feel bad for the people who had cycled and are not as things look going to recieve one thing. I was a firm beliver in this matrx thing but now i see i was wrong and its just a big scam. The false promises the next month next month. OMG i never heard so many excuses in my life, what next the dog ate my homework.
Live and learn you can not get something for nothing

Email Jeff Wilens...
wilens@cox.net
He's the attorney that is suing a bunch of these companies. He should be able to help you bring action.

Everybody I heard from had no problems with getting a refund.
The ebooks should be no excuse, how does Shelby or Damion have any proof that you got them since you have to download them from the website.
The ebooks are not a product that you can hold in your hand! So how do they prove you got them ??????
They better have a copy of an email where they sent them to you.

Another thing they just changed the T.O.S. so it doesn't apply to you, it applys to the Shelby era not the Damion era.
