I had typed out some information to you about joining this and the dangers behind it but Watch Dog wants to hide what could hurt you...
I guess as long as he has someone on his side he does not care about you.
Be careful - sketchy character.
He deleted all my posts and banned my IP but I was able to get back in.
I doubt this will stay up long either but I figured it would be worth a shot.

After reading you rules i could find no reason why you would delete my post as outlined below:
I think there are several factors that may play out in this more than frivilous law suit this guy has going.
(1). Even IF this guys law suit had merit, the way in which he his conducting his campaign against "The Defendant" may merit counter claims/suits not even he may be ready for. He could face allegations of slander (specualtive) and libel (more than likely factual) based on some of his posts and not to mention his gun jumping website. He has conculed (bypassing allegations) that "The Defendant/Company" is conducting an illegal scheme based on non-existent eveidence and a few citations from a jurisdiction which clearly does not apply to ALL "The Companies" customers.
(2) The support base for this law suit may be more than thin in light of some of the posts that are in this forum, and unless his lawyer is doing this on a pro-bono or contingent basis could leave him laible for legal fees I hope he has.
(3) If the claims do indeed carry heavy merit (which I doubt they do), he may end up getting sued on a couter claim basis for aiding and abeting an illegal scheme. This is of course in light of the fact that this guy is a customer of "The Defendant/Company" and that he actually tried to purchase the site recently.
(4) His law suit against the payment processing companies and affiliates may bring more pain than help to his cause having to fight corporate giants who TOS may carry arbitration clauses and who may I add may not have any binding relationship with the "Defendant/Company's" customers other than that offered by Visa / Mastercards consumer protection policies.
there may be a lot more that comes into play but in short, this guy may be way in over his head. However, let me state that I am in no way a professional on the matter and all my opinions are purely on an un-professional and educational basis.
If you think thats bashing you then wait till you get in court.

You wonder why he deleted my other posts?
He is obviously censoring anything that he does not wish for people to see.
I let someone else vtsoccerski know that by joining his lawsuit he could also be liable for damages under counter suits which I am sure Shelby will file (although I cannot directly speak for him).
Just my 2 cents worth,

Damion is one of the defendants listed in the law suit. Of course he wouldn't want you to do what you are legally entitled to do. Don't be bothered by this kind of talk. Also, for those of you who are not involved with EzExpo, but believe that you have grounds for a law suit against another matrix site, then please see the other thread, "How to file a law suit...".
Also, please address all legal questions and comments to our legal folder on this forum.

Damion,
People that join a class action suit would not be liable for any countersuit. And I would watch what you are saying, your words and actions imply that you are still a part of EzExpo regardless of the fact that you claim to no longer be an owner.
Also, it will do you little good to threaten possible legal action against anyone that joins this suit, that form of intimidation will only give strength to the case against EzExpo.

Well said Arzel. I have just posted a response to the rhetoric of the past 48 hrs., where I said almost exactly the same thing.
See: "I'm not impressed...", in the COMPLAINTS section.

I am not saying that Shelby will file counter suits against them - but if I had anything to lose that is what I would do.
vtsoccerski stated that he never received an e-book which I know not to be the case and by him putting that on this site, he is committing libel as well. The system automatically sends out the e-book link when you purchase and it takes a matter of a minute to verify that the message was sent via the server and that could be grounds for a counter suit against him.
I am really not that worried about anyone suing me - I am already in debt from EZ Expo because of Paysystems. They can sue me all they want and still get nothing.
I own nothing of high value and have no money in the bank because I used it all to ship items. When you sue someone who has nothing - what do you get but nothing?
