Retirement Investment - 36% Annual Return!
3% Monthly Retirement Income!
Are Your Retirement Savings generating a 3% Monthly Retirement Income? It Can!

When it comes to a Retirement investment it is important to invest a large portion of your retirement savings in a secure, consistently high yield retirement plan that is free of the typical volatility, uncertainty and low return of the stock market. Ideally your retirement investment plan will generate a monthly income that will meet all your financial needs without ever touching your principle investment! MCIC's Energy Invoice Factoring Program is a powerful tool for creating that kind of ideal long term monthly retirement income! (For Program Details)

Your retirement investment with MCIC will receive a 24% annual; 2% monthly rate of return for amounts from $1000 up to $150,000 and a 36% annual; 3% monthly rate of return for investments of $150,000 or more!

Your retirement income may be paid monthly, quarterly, annually, or used to purchase additional contracts. As is demonstrated in the chart below, the return on your retirement investment is straight-forward and simple to understand. The chart is based on a 2% monthly cash return and will quickly show you the amount of investment needed to receive your ideal monthly retirement income. The monthly returns shown in the chart below represent a monthly cash income that is based on the amount of your original retirement investment!

Retirement Investment Income Return

36% APR (0.1% Daily) sounds "a bit better" than the 720% APR (or 2% Daily) for PIPs. I haven't have time to investigate this scheme, but I won't do it cause the rate is still far too high to be sustainable. As far as I know, the retirement plan is seldom more than 10%.

Whois came up with maximum daily message so I have no clue when the site was opened.

Another thing to look at for programs, and the most important thing in my opinion, is the "About us" page. Businesses go out of their way to say they opened 6,000 years ago, and have locations at every intersection. About me pages are a great way businesses can advertise themselves in a more biased way. But, not here.

Ok, it has a mission statement. But its crap.

* To provide the opportunity for everyone, not just the wealthy, to participate in the profits of the factoring process.
* To provide a stable and secure high return source of income as an alternative to the volatility of the stock markets or other low-return investments through regional and national accounts receivables.
* To secure purchases of our financial partners by providing full recourse for the accounts receivables that MCIC provides.

Sounds good? But a good mission statement will also include how it plans on achieving these goals. And, BTW, what is the factoring process?

It has goals, but again, notice no deatails on how it hopes to achieve these goals

* Raise $150,000,000 through growth and private investors.
* Create one of the world's largest venture capital companies to provide an alternative to the lack of growth and control experienced in the stock market.
* Establish Wind Turbine Farms and Fuel Cell Generators as alternative sources of energy generation.

Wind turbine farms? Ummm...sounds good in theory, so I guess once I move I'll have to do research on why this isn't already done.

Now we get down to the nitty gritty. The true self-advertising section:

We have people from many walks of life factoring with us - doctors, lawyers, electricians, business owners, engineers, and office works. We encourage you to take the time to learn more about our company, about factoring in general and our investment opportunity: Energy Invoice Factoring Program. In addition to the Business Refernces below, you may also upon request contact some of our current factoring partners.

Not when they opened. Nothing about its history. Nothing really. Doctors? Yeah, I see a doctor, so he must be part of it. I have a lawyer covering my ***. I called an electrician to give us electricity. I'm a business owner of the site. Engineers? We have sanity-control engineers (is that the proper name for janitors). And office works - thats a linux program right?

So, to learn about their company I have to do my own flippen research? No. You should tell me about you not make me go out of my way to figure you out. But, I did. They were proud to give the url for Dunn and Bradstreet for a reference. Ok. so I went there. Maybe somebody can translate what I got there:

MCIC INC DUNS SUPPORT RECORD, NONCLASSIFIABLE ESTABLISHMENT

Now maybe I pulled the wrong record. But the about us page didn't give me a phyical address or a telephone number to call their office works or talk to a janitor. Let me go to eBay real quick and see if I can find their information. WEll, I'm not quite that bored just yet.

Well, I need to get ready for work. But to actually try to answer your question.

1. They are promossing rates of return at up to 3% per month. Ummm...nobody makes that kind of money.
2. They have no track record to show that ANYBODY received ANYTHING. Stay away.

Wait, their FAQ states they have been in business for 6 years? Funds are secured thru a different company. Glazing over their FAQ seems to show that they are trying to raise money for this wind thingy. $15mil. Ummm...Don't businesses have other ways of securing money like going to a bank, selling stocks, stuff like that?

I'd stay away.

I guess this retirement fund investment program is geared for the average investor. lol With only $250,000.00 you can earn an impossible 3 percent. However, if you are poor like me, you can write a check for $100,000.00 and get a mere 2 percent return. :(

The invoice factoring I am familiar with is basically a company buying your outstanding invoices at a cut rate. This is like loaning you money now so you don't have to wait net 30 days to get your check. The profit is the difference between the actual invoice and the cut rate offered to you for your invoice. This is supposed to be a way of keeping cash flow steady for small businesses that can't wait to get that invoice check. I was never willing to give up a portion of my money just to get it a few weeks earlier. I have wondered how many small companies out there might be willing to do that but doubt that there are many.

Alternative Investment. High yield investment, less risk. That is something I don't expect to see very often. I thought all high yield investments were very much high risk.
