We have cold, hard facts to support their complaints. What can we do to get involved?

We can provide whomever needs it, a listing of every single fraud auction that has been reported to US eBay in the last six months. The number is well into the tens of thousands. I'm not sure there is any other group that maintains a auction fraud list like we do, but I could be wrong. This could be a start, because even though what we report is only a percentage of the total fraud out there on ebay (matrix/pyramid/informational links, etc), its still enough to show there is a problem that is not being taken seriously enough.

Indeed. I posted a thought in one of the other forums about getting an email out to our members and asking them to pass it along. It would be a great way to alert people for the holidays, update them on the work our teams have done, and announce that we have a huge amount of data to show that eBay's actions against scam does not necessarily line up with their comments on the subject.
