<br><br>Gotmatrix.com is one of the premier matrix sites on the web. Since their inception in early 2003 they were very popular. Based on our closest estimates, Gotmatrix.com's total revenue is between $300,000-$500,000. Even Gotmatrix with its loyal fan-base and continual flow of new customers can not escape the mathematical paradox that all matrix scams face.
I'm creating this sticky because the influx of people who have been scammed by Gotmatrix is pretty heavy. I'm going to use this as a central repository for the activities surrounding bringing Gotmatrix customer's justice.
While the thread is going to be locked out from posts, I am going to periodically update it with useful information regarding the situation. Check this page often

Should a lawsuit be filed by a fraud victim, and we become aware of it, the list of victims contained herein will simply allow us to inform these victims of the potential lawsuit.

The administration of Matrixwatch is only a medium for bringing Greg Day to Justice. We are not victims of Gotmatrix, and therefore cannot file any cmoplaints ourselves (or on the behalf of others). #5: Designate a leader
Once you have a significant number of members, designate someone the spokesperson. This person is going to have to carry the load of contacting a lawyer to work toward filing a class action lawsuit. When that person is selected, I will post their info here.

It would be in your favor to save the following items if you still have them:

We are doing our best to get the word out on other websites, but our resources are stretched to the limit right now. Do you know of a forum or website where Gotmatrix victims potentially might be hanging out? If so, feel free to refer people to this very thread. You can find these places by using a search engine and typing various things such as "gotmatrix", "matrix", etc etc. Please do not SPAM on our behalf as we do not condone such behavior.

The administration of Matrixwatch is only a medium for bringing Greg Day to Justice. We are not victims of Gotmatrix, and therefore cannot file any cmoplaints ourselves (or on the behalf of others). #1: Greg Day is out of the Cincinnati jurisdiction. The correct office is the Clermont County Sheriff's Department at 513-732-7500.

#5: Designate a leader
Once you have a significant number of members, designate someone the spokesperson. This person is going to have to carry the load of contacting a lawyer to work toward filing a class action lawsuit. When that person is selected, I will post their info here.

Help us get the word out about Gotmatrix.com's collapse, as well as the movement to get justice. We are doing our best to get the word out on other websites, but our resources are stretched to the limit right now. Do you know of a forum or website where Gotmatrix victims potentially might be hanging out? If so, feel free to refer people to this very thread. You can find these places by using a search engine and typing various things such as "gotmatrix", "matrix", etc etc. Please do not SPAM on our behalf as we do not condone such behavior.
