GotMatrix?

Hey, I'm new to this site but I noticed gotmatrix has been shut down and I need serious help. I have spent nearly 1000$ on that site (waited for more then a year) and I saw many people on the site thinking, wow, this site won't shut down, there are massive amount of people on the rankings, obviously, I was wrong. (excuse my grammar, I'm rush typing O_O) How will I get my money back? Please help me!!!
