How is it possible to get my money back if I payed with a check? What should I tell my banker? My payment was over a year ago.

Your best bet is to get on the list of folks who have been scammed, and to file as many complaints as you can. All of the places to file a complaint are listed.

Yes, I saw that post of yours yesterday. When I emailed you to be added to the list from the email you provided, I got a failure delivery notice.

Iin the meantime you may also want to contact your bank, the one that processed the check, and see if they can help you.
