New watchdog

Attention Everyone:

avago181 has joined the battle against matrix sites. He is actually going to be taking a part-time role here. He will be managing our Closed Site Master List. found here:

Every couple of weeks he should be taking some time to go through the list, make additions to it, and make sure the sites listed are correctly marked open or closed.

Once he posts his findings on that thread, one of the moderators will update the master list as specified.
