Hi everyone,
Don't know if anyone posted this yet, but there is someone who hacks into other people's ebay accounts and then will post high end cellphone for sale. He will sell it for cheap. Like $200 less then retail. He will also post a contact email address and he says to not email him through ebay because that is an invalid email account and he will not respond to that email. It is always a buy it now, but only if you contact him.
Here are the warning signs.
1. Posted on email
2. Really great deals.
3. Only can use Western Union to pay.
4. Will email giving you the impression that he is legit.

send the money from your name and address to my name and address .Here

4. REFUND -After the package arrives you have a 7 days period in
which you can send the package back for a full refund, NO QUESTIONS ASKED, but you will need to pay for the shipping back to me.
5.TAXES -There may be some customs duties for you to pay, but if you like, you can avoid them (if any):
In order to avoid customs fees, I can declare the phone as a gift for you and in this way you will pay NO costum fees and you will receive the item very fast. You can declare to Western Union that you are sending the money to a friend in Romania that way when our deal I can get the money from W.U. without problems.
Please let me know when you have made the payment and after this I will start the delivery process.

Be careful out there. Remember that if it is too good to be true, then it probably is a scam. Never ever use Western Union to pay unless you know the person you are sending money too. Never EVER!
