PayPal Added to the EzExpo Lawsuit!
Lawsuit seeks restitution for victims who paid through PayPal
**********************************
The lawsuit seeks restitution on behalf consumers nationwide who participated in EzExpo and paid through PayPal. Relief can be sought on a nationwide basis because PayPal is based in California. Under California law, a California corporation which engages in deceptive business conducted outside the state of California can be sued in California for such conduct. If you are a customer of EzExpo, and you paid through PayPal, Ginix, Neovi Data Corporation, or PaySystems then you may be entitled to restitution from PayPal if the lawsuit is successful. Please contact Jeffrey Wilens for further information (wilens@cox.net).
