This is just a broken record...
Us: It's illegal because it's pretty much a ponzi scheme or an illegal lottery.
Them: No it's not because I've received 2 X-box's a playstation and cycled the other day on a $50 cash matrix.
Just because one out of 5 gets something from a matrix site, doesn't make it legit.

I would like to pose this question/inquiry, but I'm not sure where to post it so I'll do it here and they can move it if they like...
What is the deal with GOTMATRIX.com??
They have HUGE lists that will obviously NEVER cycle everybody just like it has been said numerous times on these forums.
Is Watchdog doing anything to bring them down?
Their "Autocycle" is bigger than some of their normal lists, I can't imagine that the bottom players will ever receive their stuff...Why is this NOT being talked about in these forums?? Can it be that some of the people in here are ON those lists and they don't want to lose out??
I would figure that GotMatrix.com would be the next on your list, unless this site has an "affiliation" with that one...That site has been around since this whole Matrix stuff began and they are STILL selling the SAME EBOOKS on EVERY list no matter what the price..I don't see how EZ is getting all the spotlight and Watchdog and his crew are going for all the smaller sites out there...I seriously DOUBT that the people who run this forum HAVE NOT HEARD about GotMatrix.com. It is about the biggest one out there now, but yet the floor is silent about them.
Kind of fishy to me, but who am I right....I guess there is some "selective reasoning" going on somewhere behind closed doors?
Sounds almost as if "someone" was "hired" to take down the competition for them.
I know that may be a "FAR REACH" but until someone proves otherwise, what's the deal?
I'm not here to pull the plug on Got or any other site, I'm just curious as to why one of the biggest sites out there has not gotten the attention as all of the smaller sites when it would seem that they are the "case in point" to that lawsuit.

Your criticisms are welcome here, but I think that this one lacks some insights into the details of the past week. You see, EzExpo was not the only company named on the lawsuit. Ginix, PaySystems, Neovi Data, and (now) PayPal are listed as well. We then expanded the lawsuit against Ginix to seek restitution for another 30+ matrix sites. Ginix promptly froze their accounts. Thus, we are not only seeking restitution from Ginix for EzExpo, we have also named the other matrix sites as well. Keep in mind that many of the large sites used Ginix. Have you gone over that list that was posted last week? Did you see how many of them had a "Thanks for shutting us down" message on their index pages? Have you seen the new eBanana announcement on this site? eBanana was a very large matrix site that just shut down last week. Because they were willing to do what was best for their customers I invited them here to be an example to the others.

I may have worded it wrong, I may have come off like I was trying to accuse people of things, thanks for the quick response. Although I still don't see that GOTMATRIX.com is on that list you speak of. Yes, there are a whole lot of sites that were mentioned, but Gotmatrix doesn't use Ginix and never has. They were using PayPal up until the day before yesterday when PayPal froze their account.
However they were able to recover somewhat from that freezing and now use another pay processor.
I don't believe you answered my question. Why hasn't ANYTHING been mentioned on this site about GotMatrix?
Ebanana was a new site, they didn't have time to get as big as Got has...It seems like Ebanana got "railroaded" before they got that big...Can you elaborate more? I looked at the list you speak of and see no mention of the site I'm talking about. I don't mean to pry, but I just find it hard to believe that a site that big can go unnoticed for so long because they were one of the first sites to advertise on Ebay. They are listed on all the major search engines and continue to do business. I just question why this site hasn't mentioned them because their site falls right in line with the criteria that is mentioned on television and the msn article that you refer everbody to. Again thanks for entertaining my questions, I know I have nothing to do with anything that is spoken on these forums and I'm nobody you have to answer to, I guess I'm just asking cause "inquiring minds want to know"...thanks watchdog!

And to address your question about GotMatrix.com, here is an announcement that was made on another forum:
Message from Greg:
Well we had a complaint from someone because I told them we don't give refunds, apprently they threw a fit with PayPal so now they have froze my account. Things were going very well with them but the time comes when you have to change. Until I find a new processor our site will not be functional. I'll do my best to resolve the issue asap. I'm sorry to all our members about this mishap, but I'm going to do everything I can to get the site up and functioning again. You can still pay for the $25 & $50 through GottaPay. Just please make a note on the payment what it's for. Don't worry about funds not being able to pay members, I made sure that I would be able to do this in case this ever happened. It's just a process of rolling everything over to a new processor.

I cannot speak for everyone, but I had not heard of Gotmatrix until today.
I gathered most of my information from the original MSN EzExpo board, and I do not recall hearing about gotmatrix while on those forums.
Many of the sites that have been mentioned here had other people refer them on the EzExpo MSN board. Because of the sheer number of Matrix sites out there I am not too suprised that this matrix site went un-noticed, there may even be more large sites out there of which we have no knowledge.
Personally I have no preference to any site. I think that they are all either illegal, or barely borderline legal, and that they will all fail eventually.

I thought I'd chime in that GotMatrix is up and running better than ever. We have overcame all obstacles and will do so through the future. We no longer give people the same set of eBooks whereas I see the flaw in that system. We now have packages of eBooks & cell phone antenna boosters. These are shipped to our customers so that their is a tangible product. There are no more flaws at GotMatrix.com, and we are trying to better the matrix community. Myself and the owner of TheImatrix.com have started MatrixAgency.com to try to better the matrix community. I'm sick of all these sites that scam people and run with the money, or these 14 year olds putting up sites with their mom's credit card. The matrix scene has became rediculous, making it harder & harder for hard working owners to run a decent site. We are cycling several people daily and we're working through these hard times. I'm not sure what Watchdog's feelings are towards me or my site, but we're trying to do everything we can to satisfy our members & help people to benefit from our site. We know that the matrix system has a flaw, and we try to do everything we can to surpass that flaw.

Funny you say "pretty much"... Shouldn't it be concrete if your so sure matrix is illegal?
You should check out tigerstuff he has cycled many times on various sites, more then 5 people. :D
