Hi,
I was wondering how you could have a schedule for requesting refunds. You are independent of Ginix...Wouldn't I receive a refund if I requested it directly from Ginix(regardless of your refund request schedule), or has Ginix been informed of and agreed to this refund schedule?

The schedule was put in place to help alleviate refund requests. If you would like, we can put a refund through for you, forward us the required information and we will place a refund through on your behalf.

I've emailed you numerous times.. But still no answer.. I read your refund request several times but obviously there were something in the request that did not meet my needs. Ginix; In which I did not pay for to get on the matrix. I paid through paypal and that is why I am "bothering" you. You catch my drift???:confused:

This is supposed to be a forum for getting refunds by why isn't the owner of ebanana not responding may I please get my refund as you offered to your customers.

I've asked nicely but I have not recieved a reply yet. Watchdog can you please help me get this refund I asked from ebanan because they are not following through with there words.

Chris you will receive your refund, have a little patience. PayPal refunds are not the main focus at this point.

It is now August 6th and I have not received my refund from you yet. Can you please give me my refund for $222.00 dollars, thank you.
