This is an interesting one, because I remember this site claiming that it had excellent customer service, the best and fastest moving lists and would never turn its back on its customers like other matrix sites did.

Hmmm .... This sounds like what some have called an honest matrix owner (committed to customers) .. how honest is this? :nono:
