www.power2source.com has been closed.

When you visit the site, "This account has been suspended." is shown. Another matrix site that collapsed by itself innocently.

I don't think this is any coincidence that they recently had their Paypal account frozen, and then they close.....

:( was about to refer someone to the site and received the "shocker" This account has been suspended"

I paid $40 for their signal boostes, what's my remedy? Wanted to sue them but no address?

They are in Europe, I would be careful of GGFF too--they seem related to P2S.

Interestingly the method of payment had changed to StormPay, which was not the method of payment to purchase cell phone boosters some weeks ago. Although I was not willing to spend more on power2source.com today for the new products that they added at 4 PM EST on 6th of January, 2005, I was just curious, and to some extent "tempted to be listed as first," to look around on the product and to click on "add to card" and proceded with the checkout as a simulation. Next checkout screen I saw was the "Storm Pay" and it was not Paypal. At this point, I noticed something is wrong with the paying method on this site. From the postings here, power2source did have some trouble with Paypal.

Few hours later, I felt like browsing through matrixwatch.org forum and read through postings about matrix shopping. After some time, I took a look at power2source.com to check my referrals as new referral notices were incoming through e-mails. Minutes before I posted this thread, without thinking, I reloaded the site and "This account has been suspended." showed. Probably the site shut down around 5:30 PM PST.

Now power2source is back up and opened for now. I was doing the forums I went back and let people know it was closed was a scam and they could have made me miss some referrals. I am debating if I should still dispute it incase it happens again and I can when its within 60 days of the purchase. :o

I can't get to it still...

Even if it comes back, it means that the owner found a new hosting service. Before long, one of three inevitable things will happen (it is just a matter of which one happens first):

#1: The site's new hosting service will suspend the owner's account again
#2: The influx of customers will dwindle, and then stop, and the owner will close up shop
#3: The owner's credit card and/or bank will freeze their assets, and the owner will close up shop

If you are a customer of this site, get out now. It has been proven over and over...play with the matrix, and you will get burned.

Hey, BabyGirl2005,

I also paid $40 to get on their list. You said you wanted to get your CC credited for that purchase u made on power2source.

I want to do the same thing, How would i go about getting my money back? If u put the purchase on your credit card it should have a number when u can dispute that charge. I'm not sure if I am going to do that now since they are back up but I will not do it again I know that. I emailed them about it says the server went down not sure if they are telling the truth and they said it wont happen again we will see about that. :) not sure what I am going to do yet

They cant even tell the truth, the reason the site was down is they changed hosts.

Why ?, did their old host close them down ?.

They have lost the use of paypal.

Not a very good start to the new year for them.

Babygirl,

It seems like you are teeter-tottering on the idea of sticking this investment out. We can't make the decision for you. All we can do is show you the facts. Take a look at the mathematics behind this scheme, and then figure out if you can live with the fact that you are buying into a fraudulent scheme. For some interesting and informative reading go here:

It might help you decide.

It's funny that this site is identitical to www.getgiftsforfree.com ! Are both of them run by the same scammer?

they are telling the truth. Who are "they"? What truth?

Is www.power2source.com or www.getgiftsforfree.com or any matrix-sites legit?

If you do not get your "free gift" because your money goes to pay the early birds, then it is not legit.

If you get your "free gift" sponsored by others below you, it is still not legit. :)

dont know u wrote it so who are they and what are they telling the truth about????? and if u do get the free gift to me that is legit when thats the gift u signed up for.

If you are lucky to get your gift, that means 98% of the customer in your list will not get their gifts. That is why they are called Ponzi or pyramid scheme or simply scam.

How could you justify a business that only serve 2% of its customers as LEGIT? It makes very little sense, isn't it? :)

I dont plan on doing it again. I would like to know what pillsbury09 meant as well when he said quote "they are telling the truth" I sent him an message no reply. I am sorry did not realize u where asking phillsbury09 what he mean when he said that as well. I read it wrong though it was him responding to me about what he meant. Thats why I responded to that.

Check you PM inbox, sent it 2 weeks ago..

They are telling the truth about the server..

Matrixes in general is what other meant because for 1 person to cycle you need like 50 on that website...Therefore thousands and thousands of people are required for everyone to cycle, then there are even more people.

Anyone who opens a matrix site is just plain stupid...even if they dont shut it down..the only time a matrix can be good is if you get in really early...but you still have to feel bad because so many others have not gotten there free gift.

just look at how many people are waiting at power2source or getgiftsforfree

which gift did you sign up for?

try a promo site like free ipods..those seem to work..

Don't count on it. If you do get it, it probably won't be for 10 years.
