webmaster,
I definately laud your efforts to close down your site and give refunds. Did you simply refund all of your customers all at once, or are you accepting refund requests still?

Well what happened was I accepted all payments using paypal, but paypal said they are limiting account access for 180 days to cover charge backs so I decided to close and asked paypal to refund the $10, 000 to the customers :)

$10,000? That is a lot of customers. I don't see anything on your website that tells customers that they can get a refund from Paypal.....
Did Paypal just refund every Paypal transaction you ever made?

i smell bs. thephonemonster.com was not a very successful matrix site - i followed your progress from the beginning at matrixsites.tk (the old forums not the ones there now which are dead). you never made $10,000.

not many matrix site owners drop the price of their products from £20 to £10 without needing to attract new customers - i think i am correct in saying you did this a couple of weeks before shutting your site down - saying that it would come back up re-designed, but it never did.

I e-mailed a customer of phonemonster.com and asked if he had received a refund. This is his reply.
"Yeah right. That is funny. He never got any of the money he stole from
Paypal. I called them and they stopped payment."
