gah..i need help with this forum

i keep getting emails notifiying that someone has replied to a post. how do i get rid of that option. I went to user cp already, and then to options. then under "Use 'Email Notification' by default?" it is selected as NO. y do i keep getting notifications?

me too...I think it is for people that start threads. There is a box at the bottom of every post that says "email notification", make sure you uncheck this every time you post.

You need to "unsubscribe" to a forum. Go into your UserCP to view the forums you have subscriptions to and unselect them. This should take care of it.
