This post is in reference to the discontinued lists over at ezexpo. Supposively, ezexpo had a software and lcd monitor list that was discontinued for whatever reasons (probably the lists getting out of hand - too long). Anyhow, I just read a message on the matrixforum ( http://groups.msn.com/matrixforum ) from a customer regarding her spots on the software matrix that was discontinued. Apparently, Damion promised to cycle out these people on the lists within 6 months, when he still owned it. Shelby, the current owner claims the lists were simply not transferred over and will not honor the discontinued lists.

However, somebody dug up an old post dated (3-25-03) from Shelby and he stated that it should be taken care of within 6 months for sure. He certainly changed his story of late and simply states he will not honor these lists. To view the entire thread at the matrixforum to read more about the issue, please visit the link posted above and under General it is the thread titled "Question for Damion"

My reason for posting about this issue, what do you think about it? What should the people on the lists do about it? And what does the law say about this issue? Please post your thoughts, i'm not on this list but I feel bad for the people who are and thought this needed some more attention.

I am not surprised in the least. Shelby Ware is nothing but a Scammer, mark my words, when his new website does NOT take off, more lists will shut down.

Exactly hello...

And did anyone else notice that the "cash equivalent" was lowered for some items? EZexpo acknowledges this... but I do not think that it is fair at all... however, I guess its all the same though... whether it's $5000 or $100 the overwhelming majority will never see a dime.;)
