Anyone ever heard of netdropshipper.com ? I was leary about joining since they only accept orders via credit card up to $300 and anything over that must be mailed to them in California and paid with Postal Money orders. I don't understand why they wouldn't let you pay any amount w a credit card. How do they expect me to sell products for them and satisfy my customer by paying money order? By the time they get my money order my customer will probably have already left me neg f back and assuming they paid me w credit card they would have already reported it as fraud. So now I sent a money order for nothing, pay a 25% restocking fee to send the item back (if i even recieve it) and get a neg feedback. They don't have secure purchasing either..
Any insight??

It looks like a legitimate business model through building large sellers' network. However, if they cap the credit card order at $300, it actually contradicts their own business model by limiting the expansion of the orders!
If I sell their products on eBay, I don't think I can predict when the successfully bidder will receive the winning items. On the other hand, why don't they sell those items on eBay themselves? Well, the logical explanation is that they expect many sellers to explore other sale channel other than those obvious and established online auction sites.
You are right, arec512, I don't think it will work efficiently. Well, we might be wrong :) Anyone has any positive experience with this site? Please share your thought, thanks.

I have ordered 3 products from them. They have collected my money but none of them have been shipped. Two have Fedex tracking numbers (FedEx says they have numbers but no packages have been taken to FedEx to be delivered) and the 3rd one has "USPS" as a tracking number.
I have talked to my bank and credit card company and may have to start proceedings to get my money back. Meanwhile, my customers are waiting for their phones.

I know this thread was started a long time ago, but there is another site with new postings on this.. let me tell you they are a scam, you order and they end up ruining your Ebay or at home business.
They ruined ours and I am still not happy with them, now they are claiming internet fraud against me because I reported them to the FBI and the BBB and other sources out there, if anyone knows of a Lawsuit, class action or group lawsuit against them please PM me or email me at ladyl207@yahoo.com
I would really welcome your input on this, as we are looking for this. And the other website is ripoffreports.com.. post there too if you have been ripped off by Netdropshipper.com the more posts there the more chance of us getting our money back and a lawsuit coming together.
Thanks

Hello.
I would like to find out exactly how you got defrauded?
NDS did not take your money without shipping an item first. If the item was out of stock than you will receive your credit with in 30 days as stated in out terms and conditions.
Thousands of people placed their orders thru NDS and everything was fine with their orders, I wonder why you are so special that you seem to think you got defrauded ???
Wholesale is not for everyone. We do not charge a membership fee, we warehouse and ship the item for you and yet you still find something to complain about ???

How I was defrauded???
Well if you ARE actually Management, you should know!
NDS has a reputation of scanning federal express labels and CLAIMING they shipped out the product, it looks like they did, then when you call Federal Express it has never ever been given to a driver!
That is firstly!
So, while you are emailing and faxing NDS to get this resolved!
Which takes more then 30 days to do so! I was two months settling things with these people.
NDS sends out customers orders with stuff they never ordered! or only part of the original order, so they only recieve HALF OF WHAT THEY ORDERED IN THE FIRST PLACE!
AND NO! They don't bother to contact you that they are out of stock or will be subsituting the item!
I had to go to the BBB AND to the credit card company to file CHARGEBACKS and file a Complaint with the BBB to even start to get my customers money back, after two weeks they still had not sent 7 packages out to my customers nor had Federal Express recieved the packages to a driver.
NDS after a month admitted that they LOST the packages! BUT you know what? They took the money out of my credit card all the same! And I never got my shipping and handling back for any of those orders! I had to pay that out of pocket!
YET THEY NEVER SHIPPED IN THE FIRST PLACE!
If you really are the management, YOU should know this yourself, secondly I urge you to go to RipOffReport.com and see how many others are having the same issues I am having.
I still to this day, 3 months later have customers dissatisfied with the service, with the product as they were shipped the wrong item, or shipped out too late! AND they did not ship within 24-48 hours of the order! That was a joke too!
and if you are management you should know that they have a policy of terminating accounts without the customer knowing it because the customer threatens to report them to the BBB and other facilities as well.
Furthermore, it has been found out that the address you are using is nothing more then a warehouse storage facility and not an actual offices, no one knows where you are really located to talk with anyone face to face.. And NDS by me and others has been reported to the FBI and to the FTC. and to the Attorney General's offices in California, in Los Angeles, as I have reported NDS also for fraudulently using labels of Federal Express falsely putting labels on and never shipping product, so that they can collect the monies owing them showing that they are the shipped and never have been shipped!
Then one has to fight for that too!
To get the funds back!
I am not the only one in this boat.
I think you need to reply as well to ripoffreport.com
And I plan to post your reply to me as well on that site, for everyone to see as well.
I think people would like a contact to you as well.
There are a lot of disgruntled individuals out there as well.

You still did not answer my question.
How did NDS defrauded YOU???? :nono:
If FedEx lost your package we should be held liable for it? :nono:
Did NDS take your money and not ship the products? The answer is NO. :nono:
How would you know about our location if you never seen it?
A Storage facility?
You read the enquirer and believe all the rumors as well from them?
Why don't you stop by our offices and see for yourself before making false accusations?
If we were really fraud than I doubt we be in business for such long time. Usually crooks don't stick around for longer than few month.....
I understand that no one is perfect but NDS has satisfied over 300,000 to date and 95% of those orders were filled without any concerns.
I was only able to calculate 38 dissatisfied members who posted negative comments on all of the website you referring to and 38 out 80,000 members is a great ratio of overall satisfaction. I see that Best Buy, Wal-Mart and other fortune 500 companies are receiving posts on ripoffreport.com. They must be fraud ALSO according to you and others??????
Sincerely,

Is that why NDS or Net Dropshippers has an F with the BBB and is that why ReportRipOff.com has problems with your company. Walmart at least there is a store you can go to.
At least you can CALL them.
You have not one phone number listed to call anyone. And yes, they did take money from our business and ruined our reputation with Ebay, so YES they did take money from us in more ways then one!!!!
NDS IS fraudelant, and unreliable, you may have had that many customers and why you are still in business is beyond me, but personally you need to be shut down, and I have every intentions of making sure that you are.
Sincerely,

Well I also notice that you did not bother to put anything or list anything on the ripoffreport.com website at all, that you are a manager or anything else in rebuttals to the comments listed there, you are so adamant about standing up for the company you think you would post something there. and if you did more then count the complaints and went to the BBB you would see that there is validity in these complaints. Furthermore it is a shame that with any company to resolve issues and get anything done you need to take them to agencies such as the BBB and do charge backs on your credit card.
All the same fraud was committed on the factor of using Federal Express Labels and never handing them to the driver the same day they were to be shipped so that funds for the merchandise could be removed from my accounts.
Sincerely,
Lynne'

FED EX did not lose my package, YOU at NDS did..
YES NDS did take my money and did not ship the proper products that was to be shipped to the customer, they shipped subsitutes without notifying me first. I was never notified of this fact at all!
Furthermore, FED Ex DID NOT LOSE THE PACKAGE. APPARENTLY LIKE THE REST OF YOUR CLAN YOU CANNOT READ PLAIN ENGLISH EITHER!
They were NEVER SHIPPED OUT! THEY WERE LOST SUPPOSEDLY BY NDS.
NDS Used a Federal Express Label to claim shipping them, and never gave it to a Federal Express Driver ONE MONTH LATER THEY ADMITTED TO IT! and returned ALL MONIES EXCEPT FOR SHIPPING THAT WAS NEVER USED, THAT HAD TO COME OUT OF MY POCKET, SO YES I WAS DEFRAUDED BY NDS!!!!
Don't have to see your location, it is very findable on the net, and was investigated and found that you do not have a location other then a storage facility.. and you know it..
It is not the Enquirer I read, but you can see for yourself you have a bad reputation, as I stated before, I have reported you all to the FBI and I have taken my case to the FTC as well, as the BBB and the Attorney General's offices and when someone finally starts up a class action suit against Net Dropshippers I will be on that list as well.
Sincerely,

Thank you everyone.. I am glad I am supported in this as I stated if you go to RipoffReport.com and see the tons of complaints, the BBB filed them with an F rating and they also have a sister company unfortunately I cannot remember the sites name, but it is also listed, in RipOffReport.com. And they state they have nothing to do with them, but alas they do!
And yes is that not a wonderful business attitude to have???
I am sorry but that is the way they act.. Even their customer service is rude.. And you know what that online support is NEVER WORKING.. EVER..
They also cancel accounts and close accounts if you threaten to take them to court, and other places for help to get your money back, as of today I got YET another customer, who sent the package BACK to the NDS company, you know what happened? The package was sent back to the customer! So now the customer is sending it to me, now I get to see what kind of crap they sent my customers as well! This should be interesting to see!
But in the end I have to pay out of my own pocket too, $215.00 dollars...
And I have yet to contact my other customer as well not to bother sending it to them, to send it to me, I will take care of their refund myself. Also another 280.00 or so for their system, thank goodness Ebay and PayPal are paid now I can do this again, but it will be started up differently and I AM all done with Dropshippers. After this scam they have left a bad taste in my mouth about Dropshipping all together, I should of taken other Ebayer's advice stay away from them all, they are nightmares to began with!
And MR. MANAGER of NDS, I will have my day in court with your company, wait and see.. it will happen and I will have my day when I see your company shut down. FINALLY! It will come and it will happen! And I am off to www.RipOFFReports.com to say more TRUTH ABOUT YOUR COMPANY NDS.. about what you just did to my customer today, instead of refunding his money and just returning the product..
good luck with your business, it won't be around much longer..

If there are truly many cases on ripoffreport towards NDS, you might suggest asking some of them to come over and join us here at MW. If you followed the Nepco/Mydv saga in the fall of last year, you'll see that we were able to assemble all the victims together, have them centrally file complaints to the same agency in one united voice (in this case, the AG of Mass.), and they acted. Nepco is now in liquidation and was sued by the state of Mass for fraudulent business practices.
Usually, these types of efforts require one or two people to take the lead and work to bring the victims together. We at MW will be willing to host a forum to assemble people in an effort to ensure NDS is doing business in a legal and ethical way.
If you want to discuss more, you can PM me, or email me at jokach@matrixwatch.org

and possibly start a lawsuit on the losses ppl have entailed, we can only hope, but i have told everyone from that posting to come here and post as well..
:) we hopefully hope they will..

If you need fuel for the fire, have them take a long look at the mydv forums located here and follow the threads from the beginning. It might take some time, but it will inspire people to stand up for themselves when they feel they have been wronged.
We look forward to seeing more people discuss NDS.

I have used this company and lost alot of money doing business with them. The chances of getting good service and the products you've requested in good condition are slim to none. Most of the time you will receive the wrong product, or the product will be broken or the product was misrepresented. Additionally, shipping often is slow and nothing ever ships within 24-48 hours as stated on the website. I have had many items take months before they finally cancelled them and gave me credit despite the fact that in the e-mail the credit card was not charged (it was!)... credit does not do you any good if you cannot get the products you wanted. Service is bad, they will probably make a comment like go to Walmart if you don't like the way they do business. (This is the comment I received from AK who appears to be in charge there!) I have filed complaints with the BBB, which they were rated fairly well when I first started doing business with them, but they made the mistake of putting the BBB logo on their site, since then they have the lowest grade (F = Fraud) ... Rip-off Report.com has tons of complaints on this company as well! Do a search you'll find many consumer complaints, and people who lost thousands from this company!! ... I being one of them!
...this is actually the same post I used on another site where someone was inquiring about NetDropshipper.com ... this was my reply!
After reading the above comments, this person above claiming to be NetDropshipper is probably the real deal. Because, this is the exact same attitude I get from them. As well, as the fact that talking to them is just like this ( :head: ) ... most of the time I wonder if there is actually any brains working at this company ... either way nobody seems to know how to run a business, or to handle any opportunities that they may have with customers as they arise. Any legit business owner would know that every complaint from a customer is an opportunity for them to improve their business. And it is essential to being able to stay in business. I've have posted a long report on Ripoffreports.com about my experience with this company. I have had hundreds of orders through this company over a fairly short period of time... and almost every one of my customers had problems. Some products were falsely misrepresented, sometimes incorrect products were shipped out, sometimes accessories were missing, or products ordered were never shipped out at all, or the order was cancelled after months of waiting for it to ship. The credit card gets charged despite stating that it had not been, and instead of crediting it back to the card when it gets cancelled, they issue a credit which is of no use if the products ordered were ultimately not available. The reason they don't take orders over $400 on credit cards is because that is alot of money to be having charged back to them because like you said if an item is shipped back and they don't receive it, well the only way to get your money back is to file a complaint with your credit card company! Hence the reason for the Wire Transfers & Money Orders! ... Also, I have had products aparrently lost?...NDS didn't really want to do anything about it. Also, I have lost alot of money on shipping where the items were never shipped out but were "scanned"...and ultimately the credit given was minus the shipping. (THIS IS FRAUD!) ... ...there have been so many problems that I have had with this company... I have lost alot of money... but all I care about is seeing this company be put out of business.
Thank You,
James

Ok, I can't hold it any longer, this company I trusted to process and ship my companies orders. This company seems to think it right to advertise one item, but shipout a lower valued item to its customers clients. The thing with this is that until a customer speaks up, via, feedback as in my case on Amazon its too late. They place items on backorder without even asking and the only way to tell that they are backordered is when after 30 days has gone by and they email you informing you for the first time that the item was on backorder and that it was now being cancelled. Currently I am looking at $1255.60, that was for orders returned incorrect or never shipped in the first place. Some of the transactions through this company came off without problems, so I came to depend that the services provided in the future would be the same. Not sure if they had a bad Christmas, not enough people to process orders, or another reason.
One item returned by a customer was marked on the back by the makers of the Xbox game: "Not for Individual Resale", but somehow this was the new game my customer recieved from NetDropshippers. They also have a habit of removing parts of tags from one of their products, which makes me wonder what is written on this item. Currently I am putting all this together and bringing it to the attention of the company with copies going to both my State Attorney General's Office and the California Attorney General's Office. If no reasonable explaination can be given to the complaint I intend to persue legal action. I urge others not to wait for a class action lawsuit, if you were damaged you have the right to file a claim against the company in court.

I just had my account closed by Netdropshipper.com which they removed the credit that they had issued and closed my account. However, they have not told me whether or not they are going to send me that unused credit that they had issued due to the fact that they had cancelled these orders and instead of putting the money back on the credit card they issued a credit. Now they have closed my account after expressing my opinion about the legality of their actions, and making the above post that I made yesterday (assuming that they have been monitoring this forum.) Now, if I do not receive the credit that was issued by mail within the next month or so, they have officially stolen my money and of course broken the law. But, either way I am still going to be reporting this company to the authorities.
In response to ajdean72's post, I have also had customers receive products that were broken and previously returned to them by another customer, and the product was re-shipped out to my customer, but the previous customer had put a note in the box stating the problem and reason for return... Netdropshipper never even checked the box, they just slapped another fedex label and shipped out to a different customer, my customer. How poor of service can you get if you don't even check the products that are returned and just ship out broken products to customers, essentially selling broken merchandise as new is illegal. The people who run this company should be in jail!
Thank You,
James

NetDropshipper Viewing Thread Netdropshipper.com
characterdriven
September 6th, 2006, 05:57 AM
I see that the thread hasn't been active for some time, but I wanted to add my response to NetDropShippers comments to the person who was raising legitimate complaints about this business. I specifically want to address the NetDropShipper words in quotes so this is directed to the writer if they are still part of this forum, and for the edification of anyone considering a purchase from that company.
NetDropShipper:
“Good luck with the FBI, Homeland Security, CIA and any other goverment agencies. We did not brake any laws any you know it. Business is not for everyone and your screen name says it all.
Stay at home and bake cookies for your kids.
Or invest few million dollars of your own money and purchase your own inventory.”
ME:
Well we were trying to purchase $20,000 worth of products from you and they you didn't return email or faxes. No one at the other end of the phone. We're talking months of trying. We finally got a generic email message stating that the products were no longer in stock.
It's always bad form to try to defame people as a means of self defense, particularly when it comes to dissatisfied customers. And the 'best defense is an offense' concept is always the last resort of those who don't have a leg to stand on.
So rather than deriding folks based on their user name and making sexist and fatuous generalizations, take some courage from petty cash and deal with criticism by conducting an honest inventory of your business ethics and cleaning up your act. Running a business, as you have not yet learned, is not a matter of taking people's money and talking nicely to them when they're happy with your service. Business is built on imagination, balls, tenacity and honour- all of which are, apparantly sadly lacking in your case. The only reason that your post is worthy of response is to warn potential buyers, by way of your own response, to stay clear of NetDropShipper.com.
And just for clarification- as I'm sure you'll want to blow off these comments too regardless of the username- we've been in the import/export business since 1974. We have dealt with teamsters and department stores, overseas companies and fly-by-night salespeople and have never seen such UNbusinesslike (and might I add childish in your case) behaviour as we've seen with NetDropShipper. You can try your darndest to act like a legit business hiding behind your website- complete with it's spelling errors and dead links, but it is obvious that you're just another flash in the pan, take-what-you-can-get operation. Your disrespect and arrogance reflect your business practices to a T.
Fortunately for buyers there are so many other legitimate businesses that do well what you're trying to do badly that you and your ilk will be swallowed up by the tide of service-oriented companies who will be only too glad to serve the customers you've cavalierly ditched. Then you can go back home and bake your own cookies.

i see that netdropshipper is a registered user on matrix. I have preordered 3 ps3's back in mid july. the last time they replied to an email was back on oct. 19 where they said they were gonna shoot me an email with a tracking number in around 4 weeks which will be this friday nov 17. Also, the release date of the playstation 3 to the states. Since oct 19 they have stopped returning my emails and do not have a number to call. If anyone can help me out and let me know if i should wait and see if these units arrive next week or give me some feedback about the issue. All responds will be greatly appreciated.

Netdropshipper has not been here in some time, and whether that person is actually part of Netdropshipper is unknown. In any case, there are several complaints regarding Netdropshipper on the BBB, and I wouldn't expect a response from Netdropshipper.
Interestingly, your complaint is similar to that of many I have read on various forums, and I would not expect them to ship those units next week. That said keep us posted as to if they do actually ship them out. Another common complaint is of shipments being reportedly shiped with tracking numbers, however there is no record of the shipment with the shipper (UPS, FedEx...).
