Looks too good to be true doesn't it? I haven't investigated this site fully, but you can pretty much bet that when something looks too good to be true, it probably isn't!

True. And on the flip-side of that argument, if this was making people millionaires, why wouldn't governments all around the world be buying into the scheme to get their respective countries out of debt? Why wouldn't every person on a PC be jumping onboard? Wouldn't MSNBC / CNN / Wall Street Journal / etc etc etc all be praising the plan?
