Wrote Ginix asking about a refund and mentioned that the card I paid with was expired and I have a new account now and what should I do about it. They responded that a refund would show up in my account in 2-4 days. On a whim I created a bogus e-mail in my own server, made up information, and sent it in and got an identical letter stating that a refund would show up in my account in 2-4 days. This is obviously an auto-responder and goes out to anyone who writes them. My hopes are not high for this refund.

I got my refund! Thank Ginix, I'll never disparage you again! I'm just sorry that I was CYCLING when eBanana went down. I was sooo close to getting my prize.

yea that sucks that u were cycling. but at least u got ur money back. Ginix has been pretty good with refunds, but paypal..after 30 days..its over! ~sigh

Yes, Ginix has been very helpful in settling everything. The final refund period for customers ends on the 25th.
Just a note to customers, DO NOT CHARGEBACK YOUR CREDIT CARD. If you request a refund, this will help everyone else out, since each chargeback hurts everyone out of $35.
