Well, I have contacted the FBI, FTC, State of Washington Attorney General, Seattle Police Department and still nothing. No money back, no replies to my email from the so called business owner.
You can check the site, it gets updated about every 4 days so he is still accepting new orders yet only there is only one so called testimonial. I almost have to laugh.
If anyone has any other suggestions then me flying out there then I am all ears. Does anyone live in Seattle and would like to pay a visit to this address?
Thanks for all the help!

Not that I have a ton of ideas at this point, but there are a number of agencies you have yet to contact. Who knows....maybe one of the others will help you out.

P.S. Do you want to be added to this list? http://www.matrixwatch.org/forums/showthread.php?t=1946%22

Why hasnt goraks been sued? Their homepage states that you can by these gifts for a price and you will receive your item straight away.
The owners of this site cannot sleep easy at night i tell you.

Good question. I have never recieved any e-book when I first entered this scam about a year and a half ago.
I am actually listed on the DJ site for a pioneer djm-600 mixer, paid $85.00 and was the first in line. I cycled in December of 2003. No refund, which he stated he would send this January, and no mixer. No replies back from me emails as well. It's so funny that he stated this is a legit business and not a scam. People, stop signing up for this site. Do research on google before you get caught up like me.

the single testimonial makes me laugh everytime i read it! that alone would put me off the site, let alone the design and layout of it.

Which payment processors were involved?

I paid through paypal. When I cycled the excuse of paypal froze his account for 18 months came out. Well, if this were a real company and he was an actual business owner, none of that would pertain to me. I mean, just send me a check fo $85 and be done with it. Fortunately I am not the type that will let this drop as you can see and will pester this guy until he is shut down and I get my money.

Hmmm... It was so long ago that I wonder if going through your bank would even help. You could try to file a complaint through them anyway just to see what would happen.
Now, you know that you are automatically part of the class-action against PayPal, right? That lawsuit is still ongoing. In fact, I think that Goraks might have been added to it also. Check out the 2nd Ammended Complaint against EzExpo, PayPal, etc. in the "Downloads" section (accessible in the Main Menu box). Let us know what you find.
Also, which processor are they currently using?

paypal do not freeze accounts for 18 months. max is 180 days and then they either refund the money or return it to the owner or keep it for themselves!

Many of us are in the same position that you are in, and while we are waiting for justice through the courts we also try to protect others from being victimized by these matrix sites. That means reporting the matrix site you are against to every government and law enforcement organization possible. Let Goraks know that they scammed the wrong person, and that you are determined to take this matter as far as you need to in order to get justice.
We have lots of resources available for you here at Matrix Watch if you should choose to go this route.

Just checked and the are using all major credit cards and still paypal. Seems kind of odd if paypal froze thier account, would this happen?

Paypal freezes their account to allocate assets to victims of the scam. I have no idea why Paypal continues to let them use Paypal now.

Well, he certainly should file a complaint with Paypal (as detailed in our "File a Complaint" main menu item). He should have done this back when Gorak's got their original Paypal account suspended. It certainly won't hurt to do it now either though, as Paypal has known for months that Goraks is using Paypal. I bet they haven't frozen the new account because they haven't received any charge-backs or customer complaints!

Ohh, I forgot to add this. I have the phone# which is listed under the whois on the website and called it today. I got a call back from a guy in Seattle, not the owner of goraks.com and we talked for a bit. I told him how I got his number and he had a good laugh and is going to do some research on why his phone number is listed for that website as the contact.

Already done that. They really didn't care what he was using the site for.
