Wrote Ginix asking about a refund and mentioned that the card I paid with was expired and I have a new account now and what should I do about it. They responded that a refund would show up in my account in 2-4 days. On a whim I created a bogus e-mail in my own server, made up information, and sent it in and got an identical letter stating that a refund would show up in my account in 2-4 days. This is obviously an auto-responder and goes out to anyone who writes them. My hopes are not high for this refund.

When I wrote Ginix regarding a refund, I got the same reply; yes, an auto-responder.

Then a customer service person emailed me requesting additional information for the refund, to which I replied.

I was then credited the full amount within 2 days.

This has been the case on each occasion...

If your info is not bogus, you should get a refund.
