If you would like to file a separate lawsuit against ematrixusa, and the pay companies who serviced them, then contact your lawyer. In the meantime, I would recommend that you excercise discretion before investing in any more matrix sites. EmatrixUSA started good and ended bad because the matrix idea is bound to mathematical failure. There is no way the owner can make a significant profit as the lists become longer, and the sites end up shutting down. Worst yet, in an effort to avoid laws against pyramid schemes by selling products such as ebooks, the matrix sites have unfortunately created what may be ruled as an illegal lottery through my lawsuit. If the matrix sites and their pay companies lose this lawsuit then many of those pay companies will have to pay 100% restitution to the victims-- nationwide. Too many people have been ripped off by these fly-by-night matrix sites, and I created Matrix Watch to get their money back for them.
